Where is Putin?
Where is Vladimir Putin? We will find Putin. The world will find out where Putin is. We must find Putin to bring him to justice in a manner consistent with democratic values. Our intent is to stop the violence rather than harm Putin. This initiative to find Putin using the effective methods of new science is part of an international effort to stop the slaughter of innocent Ukrainians who include innocent children and defenseless civilians.

Who would not want to help? Where is Putin?
In an unprovoked attack, Putin has demonstrated through his attacks that he is targeting children, hospitals and residential neighborhoods with missiles. Imagine getting up one morning and seeing missiles slamming into the hospital or school down the street. Children being burned alive and bodies blown apart. For Ukrainians it is hell on earth. This must be stopped.
Putin’s genocide and war crimes must be stopped, to do that we must find Putin. Putin must be stopped and brought to justice.
Russian president Vladimir Putin’s favorite house is a palace that was built at a cost of over 100 billion rubles (US$956 million) stolen from the Russian people. Putin has undoubtedly isolated himself for protection from assassination. It is not likely, therefore, that he would visit his palace unless he was doing so in secret with heavy security. It is more likely that Putin is in a heavily fortified underground facility that no one knows about or where no one would suspect. This is why we are using new science to locate him.
The government cannot monopolize remote viewing or psychic vision. The government’s intelligence will include information from its citizens if that information is somewhat reliable and helpful in locating Putin. If you feel you have information on where Putin is, share that information with the appropriate party, and if no one listens, try us.
Using new science to find out where Putin is
Putin’s whereabouts will be found out through the methods of new science. The U.S. government has used remote viewing for military intelligence operations, and the paradigm on which it is based is congruent with some of Albert Einstein’s work and his colleague, David Bohm’s science.
It is a unique process of collecting information at a distance that I have seen work in my own life over and over again. Various sources have reported that Vladimir Putin’s mistress Alina Kabaeva is in Switzerland with their four young children. Have you seen Putin in a chalet somewhere in Switzerland?
I may know where Putin is but at this point it is not enough information, and that is why I need your help. When I believe I am on to something I will report it here.

How can I help find Putin? The entire free world is now united in an effort to protect civilization itself. Anyone who has outstanding psychic visions of any matters relative to finding the whereabouts of Putin can potentially help Ukraine, concerned governments and our entire civilization.
The idea behind the plan to save democracy is to do all we can in whatever way works. It is to our advantage to try new methods of solving problems.
I personally have no intent to harm Putin. My intent is to prevent and stop conflicts and to stop the assault on Ukraine. Knowing where Putin is may prove valuable if the United Nations finds that he is guilty of war crimes.
History is being made by what the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy has done to stand against violence and alone against Russian aggression.
He was not afraid. He shows us that one person can make a difference and possibly even change the direction of our civilization. If we have the capacity to help, we must help people. We cannot sit back and do nothing. We must be like Volodymyr Zelensky.
We are inspired by what one leader in Ukraine has done. A single person can make a big difference. If people are getting information from within their own psyche, someone should be there to collect the information that can be used to help other people who are in desperate circumstances.
Do not degrade people

People who deliberately harm others all have one thing in common. They improperly justify harm. They do so as a result of degradation of human nature. They believe people are bad. What people believe and behavior may be bad, but not their innermost soul. This is the secret that needs to be told to stop violence everywhere. Humanitarians do not judge negatively and they do not harm, not even Putin.

A plan to save democracy
The effort to find Putin is a part of the plan to save democracy worldwide and in America.
When a bully gets the attention of his victim and creates fear, the bully wins. When victims focus on the bully’s cruelty with fear or the feeling of losing to the bully, the bully can take action and win due to the fear he evokes in his victim. If you take a minute to do the opposite, you will get a taste of new science. If we combine the methods of new science with traditional approaches to solving problems, we can save democracy.
If we do not expand our comprehension, nothing we do will suffice to save democracy. New science is a unifying principle. Putin’s war has also been a unifying principle in that it has galvanized the world to stand up for the Ukrainian people and against the terror and evils of authoritarianism.
