Will Trump Be Indicted, Arrested & Sent to Prison? Greatest Crime In History
- Will Trump be indicted, arrested and sent to prison?
- Is this the greatest crime ever?
I will answer these questions now.
“The world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don’t do anything about it.”
― Albert Einstein
Updated on 8/6/22.
Pat Cipollone — White House counsel to Donald J. Trump during January 6th — has been subpoenaed to go before a grand jury. The Department of Justice investigation appears to be honing in on former U.S. President Donald J. Trump. Any potential claim of executive privilege by Cipollone or any other Trump associate or lawyer subpoenaed to appear before a grand jury will be denied. The Department of Justice has more power than the January 6th Committee to enforce compliance and to do so without delay.
It is now more likely than ever that Trump will be subpoenaed, indicted, arrested and sent to prison. Bill Barr is advising against nominating Trump as the Republican candidate for the 2024 election.
Cipollone testified in the January 6th Committee hearing that he told Cassidy Hutchinson, “Please make sure we don’t go up to the Capitol, Cassidy, we’re going to get charged with every crime imaginable if we make that movement happen.”
Why Trump is going to be indicted
The reasons why United States Attorney General Merrick Garland will likely indict, arrest and bring Trump to trial soon. The United States Justice Department will indict and convict Trump.
The Department of Justice is investigating Trump. He will likely be indicted and arrested for conspiracy to obstruct Congress, 18 U.S.C. 1505 and conspiracy to defraud Congress, 923. 18 U.S.C. § 371 in relation to the effort to install fake electors.

Will Trump be indicted and arrested?
Yes, Trump will be indicted and arrested. In all likelihood, the Department of Justice will file criminal sedition charges against Trump and he will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison. If former U.S. President Donald J. Trump is indicted or arrested we will report it here immediately.
— Highly respected Republican Judge J. Michael Luttig
They are planning on overthrowing the United States of America again in 2024.
[The efforts made to overturn the 2020 election] “…by the former president were the product of the most reckless, insidious, and calamitous failures in both legal and political judgment in American history.”
— Republican Judge J. Michael Luttig
7/27/22 update: The Justice Department has brought two top aides to former Vice President Mike Pence in front of a federal grand jury, including Marc Short, Pence’s former chief of staff. The DOJ does not tell us if Trump is the Target of the current Department of Justice investigation, but he very well could be, in which case the news of Trump being indicted for conspiracy to obstruct Congress, 18 U.S.C. 1505 and conspiracy to defraud Congress, 923. 18 U.S.C. § 371 in relation to the effort to install fake electors could break in the next week or so.
Merrick Garland said they are investigating January 6th [attempted overthrow of the United States] but would not offer specifics other than it is the “most wide ranging investigation in its history.” He is suggesting that the federal criminal investigation has moved far beyond the rioters who attacked the Capitol.
It is VERY dangerous to have taken this long in their investigation, but at least it is happening. It is as bad as if we were at war but were not fighting back.
Trump is on tour to run for President again, which is all he knows how to do [talk down about people], and as usual his actions are designed to create more chaos, violence and division. He couldn’t run a car wash if his life depended on it. It is mind boggling that any Americans at all can support him. If they want a autocracy, why don’t they move to Russia? If Trump is indicted and arrested we will see something like two diesel trains colliding, but Garland said that fear and politics do not play a role in their investigations.
We are dealing with two major mainstream paradigms in conflict. Those in the backward-sliding worldview are going to lose in many, many ways.
7/21/22 Update: In regard to the January 6th Committee investigation, United States Attorney General Merrick Garland says publicly that NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. This strongly suggests that Trump will be indicted and arrested reasonably soon. The delay is because Merrick thinks he has to start at the bottom and work his way up. If the evidence is at the top, he could start there rather than investigate a thousand others first. He does not want to make a single mistake, yet going too slow could be a big mistake.
An article that explains in favor of Merrick Garland and the DOJ.
16 Georgia Republicans have been subpoenaed in a criminal probe into election interference fake elector scam. They will likely be indicted soon also. The logic suggests that Trump will be subpoenaed next.
A New York judge has ordered Rudy Giuliani to testify before a Georgia grand jury investigating Donald Trump’s attempt to undermine the 2020 election. The hearing is scheduled for August 9th.
The January 6th Committee said that the Secret Service may have violated the law for losing the texts they subpoenaed. The Secret Service said they lost them in a transfer of data.
The January 6th Committee presented an 8th hearing: The hearing was focused on former President Donald J. Trump.
Trump effectively tried to kill his Vice President Mike Pence for over three hours.
Previous prediction proves accurate: This hearing was the most damaging for Trump. U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and Department of Justice attorneys must act. This particular hearing will motivate an indictment and arrest of Trump more so than any other.
Trump is more likely to be indicted and arrested as a result of recent hearings putting pressure on the DOJ.
The January 6th Committee presented a 7th hearing.
People sneaked into the White House on December 18th to influence Trump to initiate a coup. An insane unhinged meeting ensues. That meeting leads to Trump’s call to action the next day.
Extremist are roused and all hell breaks loose.
On Dec. 19, Kelly Meggs, president of the Oath Keepers’ Florida chapter, said on social media that the Oath Keepers, Three Percenters and the Proud Boys will “work together and shut this sh*t down.
Various extremists make statements to start a revolution:
“Why don’t we just kill them? Every last democrat, down to the last man, woman, and child? The average democrat is a traitor. They do not care about election fraud. The punishment for treason is death.
“It’s time for the DAY OF THE ROPE! WHITE REVOLUTION IS THE ONLY SOLUTION!”
Former Oath Keeper, Tatenhove says that we should “call things for what they are,” and that “the Oath Keepers was s a paramilitary force that President Trump was engaging. This was an armed revolution that could have been a spark that started a civil war.”
The gallows set up for Mike Pence was “only a hint,” he says, “of what could have happened. We were lucky. It could have gotten much more violent.” With concern for his children’s future he said “I fear for the world, what will happen if we do not hold these leaders accountable for their actions.”
06/28/22 update: The January 6th Committee presented a sixth televised hearing:
Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani had a meeting with Trump on the 4th and immediately afterwards tells White House staffer Cassidy Hutchinson, January 6th “will be great.” Hutchinson, who had supported Trump and his agenda, was disgusted by what she learned and described Trump as “indecent, vile and uncivil.”
AR-15s and Glocks — semi-automatic rifles and pistols — were reported in the crowd at the Ellipse White House visitor’s center.
Trump said, “I don’t effing care that they have weapons… Let my people in…. Take the effing mags away,” [metal detectors] and so on.
Additional updates below.
The need to indict and arrest Trump
It is time to indict, and arrest Trump and that is why it is likely to happen soon. Trump’s conduct, as well as inaction, demonstrates his intent and therefore the idea that “he didn’t know he lost the election” as a defense is bulls…, and jurors wouldn’t buy it. In a trial Trump would lose because of the huge quantity of evidence of numerous other crimes and the mountain of damming evidence supplied by the January 6th Committee.
The Justice Department has to charge Trump regardless of what the public thinks because it has to do its job even if segments of the public perceive an indictment and arrest as being partisan and political. That’s going to happen no matter what and it cannot be a determining factor for the DOJ. If the DOJ doesn’t take a stand to protect America and democracy itself, what is its purpose? The country, democracy and the electoral process are threatened by the illegal actions of Donald Trump, a president who tried to steal our country from us!
The January 6th hearings have given the public enough factual evidence to show that a criminal indictment of Trump is justified and therefore not political. It is time to indict and arrest Trump and that is why I believe it is about to happen
U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland and the DOJ will likely indict and arrest Trump for seditious conspiracy (18 U.S. Code § 2384 – Seditious conspiracy) and aiding and comforting a violent insurrection (18 U.S. Code § 2383 – Rebellion or insurrection).
No one was prepared for an actual sitting president to try to overthrow the United States of America, and that is why it is such and egregious crime. There is no excuse for DOJ not to act now. If we were in a war, we wouldn’t wait two years before taking action, we would address the threat and respond immediately or we would be in grave peril and could be killed.
If Trump is indicted and arrested we will breath a sigh of relief. If democratic turnout is strong and Republicans fail to gain control of the House of Representatives on November 8, that will also be a way to save democracy. But neither are long-term solutions. To save democracy we need a long-term solution.
A unique plan that addresses the core problem few are aware of
Did you know that there is another view of reality emerging from our top universities that explains division and offers solutions to world problems?
The cause of problems in the U.S. is the same cause of the Putin terror war. The reason why democracies are failing is because we may have missed the science that holds that answer to prevent the actual collapse of civilization itself.
ON THIS WEBSITE:
Had Albert Einstein been successful defending Bohm in 1949, this scientific paradigm may have replaced materialism as our world’s accepted science.
William Eastwood applied Bohm’s science to test its ability to solve world problems and help people achieve their goals before Bohm even introduced “Wholeness and the Implicate Order” in 1980, principles used by President Zelenskyy of Ukraine.
“The science is catching up to what I have been telling people for a long, long time.
“And that’s good, because we need solutions to world problems, and because I don’t try to change people’s beliefs. It is up to you what you want to believe and if you think you can use anything we have to offer”
— William Eastwood

Trump will be indicted, arrested and sent to Prison..
The cause of problems in the U.S. is the same cause of the Putin terror war. All the issues are connected. We can’t stop our civilization’s downfall if we do not address the core problem.
The methods Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy uses can protect the United States and your own life.
Trump will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison. This was my prediction a long time ago and I am sticking to it. Trump’s strange legal arguments claiming voter fraud are shown to be bogus by 10 Trump appointed judges, 21 Republican judges and 61 courts. It is unnecessary for me to continue. The evidence against Trump has no apparent limit.
An amazing unifying principle to heal the world
There are possibilities for the human race beyond Trump and Putin, and this is a path to that world.
“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.
“A new type of thinking is essential if mankind is to survive and move toward higher levels.”
— Albert Einstein

Will Trump be indicted, arrested and sent to prison?
Yes, Trump will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison. The war in Ukraine had taken attention away from Trump. Because Trump supported Putin everyone was sick of Trump and his popularity fell. Now the January 6th televised hearings are making Americans even more sick to their stomach. Trump will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison.
If he is taken out, another despicable person will come along. This will keep happening until we look at the science.
Trump will likely be indicted, arrested and sent to prison because he was plotting seditious conspiracy to overthrow the United States government with Michael Flynn, John Eastman and others.
We now have a better idea of when Trump will be indicted and arrested and more assurance that it will happen, although we are dealing with probabilities.
An indictment and arrest of Trump is likely. Former U.S. President Donald Trump is not likely to be arrested immediately, but an indictment and arrest within a few months is highly probable considering the impact of the January 6th Committee hearings.
The majority of Americans believe that Trump should be indicted, arrested and sent to prison. At least 54% of those responding to a recent poll think he should be indicted and arrested by the DOJ for the Capitol attack, while only 37% oppose an arrest.
We have a unique plan that addresses the core problem few are aware of.
The January 6th Select Committee televised hearings will resemble a court conviction of former President Donald J. Trump with video exhibits. The January 6th committee believes Trump has violated multiple federal laws, and they are going to prove it like they are attorneys in court presenting a case to a jury. Only in this case, the jury will be the American public. It is likely that Trump will be indicted and arrested as a result. But the DOJ is as slow as a sloth, and so there may be a wait.
In 2022, Trump faces many Herculean legal challenges for which he could be indicted, arrested and sent to prison.
Trump still supports Vladimir Putin because he is incapable of saying he was wrong. While this does not seem to have a direct bearing on whether or not he will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison, I believe it does. It weakens him severely, and thus makes him vulnerable in a way he was not before Putin began targeting hospitals and children in his genocide. The Trump facade is all Trump ever had. If that collapses, all that will be left is the real Donald Trump.
The January 6th Committee hearings will soon be aired publicly, removing whatever still remains of the Trump illusion, and laying the basis for a barrage of forthcoming charges. Trump will be indicted, arrested and probably also sent to prison.
Trump will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison. If he runs again, which is unlikely, less people are going to vote for Trump now that the facts are out.
06/23/22 update: The January 6th Committee presented a fifth televised hearing:
The focus is on how former President Donald J. Trump targeted the Department of Justice to enable him to steal the election. Trump didn’t want the DOJ to investigate, he wanted them to say the election was stolen so that he could hold on to power.
06/21/22 update: The January 6th Committee presented a fourth televised hearing: Extremely conservative Republican Rusty Bowers, an Arizona House speaker, testifies on the pressure he received from the Trump team to overturn the election. He stands up for the election process and democracy. He asks the Trump team repeatedly for evidence of dead voters and other fake voters, and in each case no evidence is provided.
Acting on behalf of Trump, the horned QAnon leader Jacob Chansley asked Republican Bower if he would support decertification of the electors. Chansley says “just do it,” and let the courts sort it out.
06/20/22 update: A poll conducted between June 10 and June 13 indicated that 55 percent of Americans do not want Trump to run again and 31 percent do. Eighty percent of Democrats voted no and 14 percent of Democrats voted yes. Twenty-five percent of Republicans voted no and 58 percent votes yes.
President Biden received a worse vote assessment from poll participants.
We hope that the DOC will indict and arrest Trump so that he does not run again.
06/16/22 update: The January 6th Committee presented a third televised hearing: Vice President Pence was shown saying, “The president said I had the right to overturn the election. I did not have the right to overturn the election.” He goes on, “There is nothing more un-American… The vote belongs to the people… not one man,” [paraphrased].
06/13/22: update and reaction to the second January 6th Committee televised hearing:
More evidence that will get Trump indicted, arrested and sent to prison is being presented. The first impressive point made by the Committee was that former President Donald J. Trump’s preparation to defraud Americans was evident weeks before he lost the election. Prior to the election, Trump said that if he lost the election that it would be because of election fraud.
Bill Barr states that the president claims fraud in advance, and with a strategy to deceive the public in mind. A quantity of Republican votes are typically opened first, but Trump knew that the public did not know that, and so he tried to stop the count before the Democratic votes were counted with the claim that the election was rigged.
On election night as the votes came in, virtually everyone in the Whitehouse knew that Trump had lost the election, even as Trump was saying he won.
Numerous Top Trump officials, DOJ officials and Trump’s campaign manager and leading Republicans state Trump’s claims of election fraud are false. This was another excellent presentation by the January 6th Committee. It is only a matter of time before Trump will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison.
After Trump loses the election but is not validated in his view that the election was stolen, Bill Barr says, President Trump then grows unhappy with his team. Trump then looks for and finds people who will support his claims of election fraud. Rudy Giuliani (who was in the Whitehouse asking to talk to the president [while he was intoxicated] was one of those people.
Bill Barr says that he was presented with an avalanche of claims of voter fraud, and that as he dealt with one, another came up as if he were playing whack-a-mole. None of the claims were panning out. He was wondering how long the president’s false claims would go on.
Barr told the president that there was no evidence of voter fraud, while preparing to be fired. When confronting the president in the oval office, Barr says, that the president was “mad” and was “trying to control himself.” Trump then raised a claim of a voter dump. Barr then explains that his reasoning is faulty, that it’s all “bullsh..” The Dominion voting machine claims in particular, Barr says, were “idiocy… complete nonsense and doing grave, grave disservice to the American people.”
Barr then comments on what he was thinking, that if Trump really believes this stuff that he is “detached from reality,” and “has no interest in the facts.”
On December 14th, Barr then quits.
The January 6th Committee presented over 30 Republicans who said Trump’s claims that the elections were stolen are false.
06/09/22 update and reaction to the first January 6th Committee televised hearing:
The first hearing was every bit as impressive as I expected. Yes, Trump will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison. The entire world is watching. This will influence events.
Much of what was presented has been reported to the American people, but this is the first time it was all presented at once, and in an stunning trial-like presentation.
Will Trump be indicted, arrested and sent to prison? Related news update: 06/07/22: Trump related news update: Fox news will not cover the January 6th Committee hearings, thus it is not news. By definition it is propaganda because it is not reporting on issues important to Americans. It is a cult pushing and opinion while pretending to be a news station. It is a propaganda channel intent on overthrowing American democracy.
This is going to backfire and Trump will be arrested. A Trump indictment and arrest will take place. However, not everyone has the confidence I have.
The Department of Justice is expanding its investigation of Trump’s fake electors who were instructed to act in complete secrecy. This indicates “consciousness of guilt.”
Will Trump be indicted, arrested and sent to prison, related news updates
06/06/22 Trump related news update: A former Capitol police officer, Michael Fanone, thinks former President Donald Trump will not be affected adversely as a result of the January 6th committee hearings and may become president again in 2024.
Those that are in a position to hold Trump accountable are not doing so. Unless Trump is indicted, arrested and sent to prison, the only alternative is education and activism of the kind that is in my plan to save democracy. The underlying issue is worldviews.
How much is belief and how much is just plain crazy?
When will Trump be indicted and arrested?
4/9/22: The January 6th Committee needs to subpoena Trump and recommend criminal charges. There needs to be faith and integrity in the process. Otherwise Trump will not be subpoenaed, indicted, arrested and sent to prison for the greatest crime in history.
It is possible that at any moment the DOJ could surprise everyone with indictments, but they would not likely begin with Trump. It will likely be some time before Trump is indicted, arrested and sent to prison. (Article / book below.)
Jeffrey Clark letter
Just a day after the Trump phone call, a DOJ attorney named Jeffrey Clark, teamed up with Trump by agreeing that the election was stolen. With no evidence presented, Clark drafted a letter to Georgia Secretary of State to say that the election was stolen and Clark informed Rosen that he was going to replace him.
Clark wanted to force Georgia to overthrow their election and had also started letters to a total of six states where he would follow the same plan.
Rosen refused to sign that letter and six senior DOJ officials said they would resign if he did. Trump thought that it would be unwise to fire Rosen because it would call unwanted attention to his criminal attempt to overthrow the election.
Had the Trump-Clark conspiracy to overthrow the United States government gone thought, The United State of America would no longer exist. At least not in a form that resembles the democracy that would have been lost.
The conspiracy, in and of itself, was an attempted coup. For that criminal attempt to overturn the election and overthrow the United States government, Trump can be indicted, arrested and sent to prison.
This attempted coup and Trump’s previously mentioned call, provides more evidence of criminal intent. Trump will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison.
Congress has access to this call, Trump’s taxes and more in their ongoing investigation into the January 6th riot. This time around they will be successful in acquiring that information because they do not have the same level of Republican or DOJ interference that they had to contend with when Trump was president.
The riot was an attempted coup and the current nationwide effort to change voting laws is another coup attempt. This one is ongoing. If any single coup succeeded, Trump would have overthrown the United States government. He came closer to doing that than anyone thought he had during the last few days of 2020.
Because this is a criminal conspiracy to overturn an election and overthrow the government, Trump will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison.
Trump will challenge every January 6th Commission subpoena and effort to shine light on his criminal actions to overthrow the United States government. However, he will be unsuccessful in stopping what will eventually be his undoing, indictment and arrest.
Trump had the help of Republicans, and they too will be held accountable.

Classic dictator and bully tactics
Trump is appealing to the anger and fear of a segment of the population that cannot keep up with humanity’s progress. His base seeks a return to a more primitive era of less liberty and more strict patriarchal control.
