Why Trump is going to be indicted
The reasons why United States Attorney General Merrick Garland will likely bring Trump to trial soon. The United States Justice Department will indict and convict Trump.
Was Trump arrested?
Donald Trump has not been arrested. It is possible, however, that Trump will be arrested soon. If he is arrested and charged with sedition or some other charge we will immediately report it here.
At some point Trump will be subpoenaed, indicted, arrested and sent to prison. He can be arrested for sedition and felony-murder. The reasons why are covered after the updates below.
It is time to indict, and arrest Trump and that is why it is likely to happen soon. Trump's conduct, as well as inaction, demonstrates his intent and therefore the idea that "he didn't know he lost the election" as a defense is bulls..., and jurors wouldn't buy it. In a trial Trump would lose because of the huge quantity of evidence of numerous other crimes and the mountain of damming evidence supplied by the January 6th Committee.
The Justice Department has to charge Trump regardless of what the public thinks because it has to do its job even if segments of the public perceive an indictment and arrest as being partisan and political. That's going to happen no matter what and it cannot be a determining factor for the DOJ. If the DOJ doesn’t take a stand to protect America and democracy itself, what is its purpose? The country, democracy and the electoral process are threatened by the illegal actions of Donald Trump, a president who tried to steal our country from us!
The January 6th hearings have given the public enough factual evidence to show that a criminal indictment of Trump is justified and therefore not political. It is time to indict and arrest Trump and that is why I believe it is about to happen
U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland and the DOJ will likely indict and arrest Trump for seditious conspiracy (18 U.S. Code § 2384 - Seditious conspiracy) and aiding and comforting a violent insurrection (18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection).
No one was prepared for an actual sitting president to try to overthrow the United States of America, and that is why it is such and egregious crime. There is no excuse for DOJ not to act now. If we were in a war, we wouldn't wait two years before taking action, we would address the threat and respond immediately or we would be in grave peril and could be killed.

The science explains how the brain shapes events according to what a person is convinced exists, even if it is a crazy conspiracy theory. Beware, though, because this science is very different than what we all learned in school.
Division in the U.S., Trump's attack on democracy, radical thinking in general, and even Vladimir Putin's actions can be understood and eventually prevented through the lens and auspices of this science. The science itself originated with a colleague of Albert Einstein, physicist David Bohm. 06/20/22 update: A poll conducted between June 10 and June 13 indicated that 55 percent of Americans do not want Trump to run again and 31 percent do. Eighty percent of Democrats voted no and 14 percent of Democrats voted yes. Twenty-five percent of Republicans voted no and 58 percent votes yes.
President Biden received a worse vote assessment from poll participants.
We hope that the DOC will indict and arrest Trump so that he does not run again.

3/16/22: The January 6th Select Committee issued a subpoena to the tech company Salesforce because it is the tech company that provided the platform on which to disseminate false information.
Trump engaged in criminal conspiracy to block Congress from certifying the election according to the January 6th committee in a legal motion presented to the court in the John Eastman / Salesforce case. The January 6th committee claims that the Republican National Committee pushed false information about the election being stolen prior to the January 6th attack of the Capitol for criminal purposes. Salesforce has recently decided that it would comply and as usual Republicans are obstructing justice, using delay tactics or doing anything but helping to determine who poses a threat to our country. The RNC has filed a lawsuit that will take until a June 1st hearing to settle in a Washington D.C. federal court.
Trump will likely be indicted, arrested and sent to prison because he was plotting seditious conspiracy to overthrow the United States government. The January 6th Committee has not yet issued a subpoena to Trump. Nor has DOC shown any intent to subpoena, indict and/or arrest Trump.
02/26/22 UPDATE: Georgia GOP chair told the January 6th Committee that the Trump campaign directed the use of fake electors in 2020.
The House Oversight and Reform Committee is conducting an investigation parallel to the January 6th Committee. The committee chairwoman has requested an inventory of the content of the 15 boxes of White House records retrieved from Mar-a-Lago, as well as evidence related to the belief that Trump periodically flushed papers down the toilet according to White House Staff. Requested were all torn up documents and documents and records related to employees and contractors finding paper in a toilet in the White House and the president’s residence.
For these and many other reasons, Trump should be indicted, arrested and sent to prison.
01/28/22 UPDATE: The January 6th Select Committee subpoenaed 14 “Alternate Electors.” They are looking at how the Whitehouse was coordinating a parade of fake Electoral College certificates in seven states, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
Federal investigators are already looking at the possibility that federal law was violated by the existence of matching paperwork showing fake electors lying for Trump. If only one of the fake electors admits to the plot, the entire Trump conspiracy will be proven and seditious conspiracy election fraud charges will be levied on all those involved, including Trump.
Trump will soon be subpoenaed, indicted, arrested and sent to prison.

Update: Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance’s case against former President has gained momentum with the announcement of the grand jury convening. Trump may be facing criminal charges and may eventually go to jail. Whether or not Trump goes to jail is speculation.
June 14th update: The Trump era DOJ subpoenaed the personal records of journalists, democrats and one republican (Trump was upset with). Apparently, the DOJ under Trump was targeting political enemies at the instruction of Trump. It is shocking, a gross abuse of power and an assault on the separation of powers.
There is a lot of energy in this last incident that will likely lead to an indictment at some point in time. If Trump is indicted or arrested, we will post the details here immediately.
The cause of division and conflict

In a 60 Minutes interview on Sunday March 21st, a top prosecutor, Michael Sherwin, former acting DC US attorney, says Trump may be culpable for the capital riot, that the evidence is trending toward that.
Sherwin, who had led the Justice Department’s inquiry into the riot, adds, “It’s unequivocal that Trump was the magnet that brought the people to D.C. on the 6th. Now the question is, is he criminally culpable for everything that happened during the siege, during the breach?”
“We have people looking at everything,” he said.
The sedition law is for trying to overthrow the government. However, there is another little-known law that Trump could be charged with for giving aid or comfort to an insurrection.
Can Trump be charged with sedition or murder?
Trump can be charged with sedition. However, it is not as likely that he will be charged with a murder related offense.
Federal prosecutors are planning to soon charge insurrectionists with sedition and murder. This will put increasing pressure on them to bring similar charges against Trump. Because Trump has incited the insurrection, it is likely that prosecutors will find Trump to be legally culpable for the siege, and he too may be charged with sedition. Murder charges are less likely but not out of the realm of possibilities.
Will the former President be arrested and charged with sedition?
An federal ex-prosecutor has stated that sedition charges are likely against insurrectionists but was unclear as to whether or not Trump would be arrested and charged with sedition. Prosecutors are looking into the role the president played in the insurrection. While it is abundantly clear from the video record that the President was the magnet that brought everyone to Washington DC, prosecutors seem to be divided on charging Trump with sedition.
Trump may be culpable for insurrection due to insurrectionist statements to the FBI. Approximately 400 of the 800 insurrectionist charged stated that they sieged the Capitol because Trump told them to. Even a single person storming the Capital because of the President’s instruction is sufficient to charge the President with sedition. However, federal prosecutors are likely concerned about the consequences of charging the former President.
The concern of prosecutors is that if they charge Trump with sedition they may further divide the country and embolden the far-right. Regardless, charges may be levied against Trump and he may be arrested at any time.
Reasons why Trump may be arrested
Evidence is being collected by federal prosecutors that is bringing them closer to a possible arrest of Trump on a sedition charge. The reasons why Trump may be arrested are many. Recently it has been pointed out by prosecutors that the siege of the capital on January 6th resembles a military action because it lasted for hours. A spontaneous and unplanned riot would have been of briefer duration.
If it was anyone other than the former president being considered for arrest, charges may have already been filed. But because it is the former president being considered for arrest, and because Trump’s arrest would be a high profile, political event on national television, prosecutors are busy planning for all potential issues that could affect their ability to successfully bring a sedition conviction against Trump.
Violence and mob rule at the capitol
The violence and mob rule at the capitol was a direct result of a distinct negative set of beliefs. Their abhorrent behavior is a product of their beliefs.
