Forty-five days after I founded Earth Network of Altruistic, Autonomous Individuals Inc., I was pulled from my vehicle and thrown on the asphalt based on a 911 call from a felon on parole. I cannot tell you what actually happened because I am on parole and will be returned to prison if I do not admit guilt.
This is a legal paper, however, which gives me some leeway: PDF.
Yes, this is the United States. Having no more than hearsay and circumstantial evidence, I was charged with attempted kidnapping, three counts. In trial the state’s minor witness said I rolled the driver’s-side-window down and ordered him in the vehicle, yet the window was electric and the motor was burned out and so it was impossible by the laws of physics that I did that.
The state still denied the appeal.
Connecticut’s theory of intent led to a nine-year prison term. The state confiscated my journals which included the content of Earth Network of Altruistic, Autonomous Individuals Inc., which was never returned to me.
Select portions of my 45-year study was read in court to confuse the jury and create prejudice, and without ever explaining that it was a scientific study.
I was then given six more years in prison for attempting to publish my book, “The solution to All of Humanity’s Problems,” which I did finally did get published. I secured a court order to protect my books and right to publish, but it took me over fifteen years just to do that.

While in prison I worked on recreating the type of material outlined above. An elderly woman posted a website to publish my writing to help humanity, including, “The Solution to All of Humanity’s Problems & The Secret to Creating the Life You Want.”
After serving the entire nine-year effective sentence, two days after being released I was handcuffed and returned to prison for six more years. My parole officer argued that I had violated the “no internet” condition of parole.
I had been confined to a half-way house for only two days with no computer access or devices allowed, and it was impossible for me to access the internet. However, the PO claimed that I had someone do that for me (the woman posting my book and material to help humanity). He had no jurisdiction as to what I had done in prison before I had been released on parole two days prior, however.
A wealthy relative gave $50,000 to an attorney to represent me, and as a result I was released after six years on this alleged parole violation. I would have likely served 15 without that attorney.
As with Michael Cohen, the state did not want the facts about my true efforts and intents revealed, as they had painted me as being a monster. As in my original case, according to my attorney, I had again been incarcerated for my writing and beliefs rather than my actions.
They wanted to give me 15 years. My efforts to help humanity were delayed for 20 years and I was tagged public enemy number one.

My international political influence is substantial
When I was released a second time, I was not allowed to have a computer or work on my books. However, because I was moved to a new location after several months, I was assigned a new parole officer. After much work convincing her of my previous work and intent to continue, she did grant me the right to have a computer and work on books as well as my four current websites.
However, I was blackmailed by the state and my attorney, and I was forced to waive my wrongful incarceration civil case in exchange to be given permission to move to a different state. (They wanted to get rid of me.) The one thing I managed to get was a court order that told the receiving state that I could not be incarcerated for my writing.
The receiving state, however, is requiring that I take polygraph exams that force compliance to philosophical beliefs that run contrary to my belief that human consciousness is inherently altruistic. If I fail to enumerate my many alleged faults that they say were evident facts twenty-years ago at the time of my arrest, and going back to the earliest events of my life, or if I in any way fail to agree to state philosophy and consequently fail the polygraph, I fail the program and am returned to prison. (They found a loophole to the law that you cannot use a polygraph to incarcerate.)
For a third time, therefore, I am facing the possibility for prison time for my writing and my ideas comprising my book, “The Solution to All of Humanity’s Problems & The Secret to Creating the Life You Want,” and my efforts to help guide humanity into a new era. In the book I outline a model in which the criminal justice system becomes an agency of social healing (one of many subjects covered extensively in my writing).

This solution is a simple Supreme Court Act that would require that all restorative justice options be exhausted prior to the incarceration of any given individual. For offering this and other solutions to global problems I was incarcerated for over a decade.

Galileo Galilei
Galileo’s discoveries were met with opposition within the Catholic Church, and in 1616 the Inquisition declared his views to be formally heretical. His books were banned. and he was forbidden from holding, teaching or defending heliocentric ideas. In his 1633 interrogation, Galileo denied his beliefs to save himself. Galileo was kept under house arrest until his death in 1642. After 350 years the Vatican says Galileo was right. (Galileo.)

My books were confiscated in an embarrassing attack by the government.
I know how Galileo felt in court. My own views have been treated as modern-day heresy, my manuscripts and all my work to help humanity was twice confiscated and hence held back from reaching you for almost twenty years.
After the first manuscript was confiscated, I rewrote “The Solution to All of Humanity’s Problems & The Secret to Creating the Life You Want,” only to have that second manuscript confiscated. The third rewrite was not confiscated, but instead published.
Yet this did not happen in 1633 Italy or in the Roman Inquisition, this happened in the U.S. in the 21st Century.
Decades ago, 45 days after I founded Earth Network of Altruistic, Autonomous Individuals Inc., I was attacked. An event in New Haven in which there was a misunderstanding of my kind invitation to a stranger, and he called the police. Rather than getting to the bottom of this misunderstanding the police pulled me out of my vehicle and threw me on the asphalt.
That incident led to a series of embarrassing events which resulted in a case the government based on the writing they confiscated from my office and the hearsay of the stranger I mentioned.
My confiscated research was read to a jury in angry tones for over an hour. When I insisted on proving my innocence in a trial, the state proceeded to reject a request for a professional corporate statistical analyst as a juror who would have set the facts straight. Apparently, my writing was modern day heresy, because that was what was focused on rather than the facts of the case.
The dragon and dragon slayer
I was confronting what I had set out to change in the 1990s, “The dragon,” as I called it in the yet to be published book “The Dragon Slayer…” was a version of myself in the future. That manuscript was confiscated and consequently never reached publication. This book I was writing was a projection into a probable future in which I was a dragon slayer because I had slayed the metaphysical dragons and institutional dragons holding the human race back from the ideal future in my visionary imagination.
The event of my kidnapping and rape as I described above was only a fraction of an embarrassing and tumultuous series of events which were a manifestation of the limiting and fearful beliefs of specific arresting and prosecutorial agents (metaphysical dragons or demons holding the human race back).
Similarities of assaults
Our history is full of examples like this, from the mass torture and execution of the Knights Templar to the attempt to capture Martin Luther, and the arrest of Galileo Galilei.

An ad hominem attack is one in which the strategy is to show wickedness to unfairly drive a false conviction. In both my case and in the case against the Knights Templar, the diseased mind, intent and acts of depravety rest squarely on the elements of the corrupt government that carries out the kidnapping, rape and torture of the accused with deliberate malice and intent. These are not efforts to find truth but to deceive via slander and ad hominem attack.

Because of their self-decision, self-actualized people have codes of ethics that are individualized and autonomous rather than being dictated by society. “They are the most ethical of people even though their ethics are not necessarily the same as those of the people around them […because] the ordinary ethical behavior of the average person is largely conventional behavior rather than truly ethical behavior.”

Tool to find what you want
Think of probabilities as avenues of action open to you. A probability is a non-physical series of events that can become physically manifest. Each action increase the total range of probabilities open to you.
Out of one thing you do today, three more possibilities could arise. Going to the store, for example, puts you in contact with others, and the probability of interaction with each person. There is a science you can learn to create only positive events with your thoughts.
Ordinary probabilities are the things you do every day. An unusual probability could be meeting an old friend who mentions a book. Upon reading it you end up taking a new direction in life.
Unforeseen fortunate probabilities, also called synchronistic events, are triggered by your positive conscious focus and thinking in life. But the work done to create them happens at deeper levels of your own consciousness.
Your beliefs must also support the possibility of having what you want. Any assumption is a belief. "Murphy's law" is a common hindering assumption held by people who say that their positive thinking does not work. In its simplest form, Murphy's Law states: If anything can go wrong, it will. You may think, "if it is something good, it is hard to get and if it is something I want, someone will try to take it from me." These are the kind of assumptions are invisible barriers to success that you want to reject and dismiss. But you need to know how to do that.
You do have free will to think what you want to think. You can change your thoughts to create what you want in life. Affirmations and imagination can move concepts in and out of your mind.
You can create your own good luck.
My daily affirmation and guidance post offers high-level training, but the ability to implement positive thinking is up to you.
Some people believe that they are a product of everything that has and is happening to them. This is called an external locus of control. Our meritocracy creates a sense of powerlessness. Mind over matter nonlinear thinking can make you powerful or you can remain stuck in beliefs that cause all your problems.
A person who feels that their job, position, circumstances or outside forces control them has an external center. These types of people cannot manifest what they want in life.
How often and to what degree do you use willpower or other means to make things happen for you? You can will your thoughts to manifest as material events, objects and reality. Can you heal with nonlinear thinking , use conscious co-creation and solve problems the new way?
Do you know how to create a miracle, or how to be a billionaire?
Do you lock in on what you want like an archer locking in on the bullseye, or like a child who wants a new pair of sneakers? Young children intuitively feel that they control reality with their thoughts. Do you acquire your goal subjectively? Or do you have a lot of thoughts about the perceived obstacles, like not having enough money, or needing to spend money on something else?
Do you control your life in some areas, and then profess that others are impeding your freedom and ability to have what you want in life in other areas? If you have a lot of negative emotion in reaction to people that you believe are a hindrance, you have an external center. Do you even know where you form your reality? If not, you can benefit by immersing yourself in a study of the subject of manifesting thoughts into events, objects and reality.
You can learn how to get out of a difficult situation and create anything you want. Learn how to make today the best day possible.
If you want to know what you think and believe, ask yourself what you feel. Your feelings never lie.
When you are sure of yourself, and confidence is strong, you have a greater ability to manifest what you want in life and draw positive people into your life.
When you put control of anything outside of yourself the problem of not being able to create what you want could be related to self-confidence. You need to be confident that you can create what you want, and if you do not have this confidence you have to develop it.
Do for others what you would like others to do for you. Be kind and the world will reflect that back in what others do for you.
Manifesting
To manifest anything, you must think from the end. Manifesting involves imagining the desired end result as if it were already achieved. This is often called visualizing the wish-fulfilled. When we make our imagining as real as possible and wrap them in amplified positive emotions, we get a powerful result.
