How do I manifest my thoughts into material events and objects?
You manifest your thoughts into material events, objects and reality automatically as a result of what you believe, think and feel. The slightest change in your attitude, thoughts and emotions will create a corresponding change in your environment and experience. A consistent and determined focus on your goals and objectives will increase the probability of manifestation.
To manifest your best thoughts into material events and objects, create thoughts and emotions congruent with achieving the goal. Generate in advance the result desired in thought and emotion to hasten manifestation.
Do not strain, but imagine with pleasure and confidence. What you imagine must seem believable on many levels. Time is needed before results will appear. Not all thoughts manifest. Intensity and conditions must be right. I explain the process in my EN books.

Your thoughts can and do create matter. It is the rest of science, media and the world who do not want to listen to what they are saying.

The scientific establishment does not know what an electromagnetic field is, and since everything is an electromagnetic field, External Science does not know what ANYTHING is.

You can get lost trying to understand consciousness by reading scientific articles. I offer links to some excellent scientific studies as a courtesy to you only. I know in simple terms that the physical world is a projection we each create with our own consciousness. If four people enter a room, there are four rooms. I figured that out over four decades ago.
Consciousness is irreducible and is both individualized and part of an unbroken field. Quantum mechanics is the study of that field of energy. Your consciousness has very deep, eternal meaning that cannot be measured with a ruler, and so all scientific studies will miss that part of the picture.
All consciousness is of an equal, amazingly high grade; and just so you know, your personality and individuality will never be lost. Who you are will survive death. I am not a religious person, because I will add that you are also good, and most religions will say you are evil.
Ignorance is separation from truth, and it is the closest thing there is to evil. Our civilization has been based on separation from truth for centuries and we therefore do not even know where we come from! That shows just how ignorant we are.
Our civilization has been reading reality backwards for thousands of years. You cannot understand reality by looking at the physical world because that world is a consciousness hologram that you are creating. If you follow most scientists, they will just get you more confused.

All knowledge is within you, and you are a portion of the Divine consciousness that forms everything. You are forever safe and loved, and this will never change, not for a billion years.

If conditions do not immediately provide an opportunity for manifestation, a continued focus on the wish fulfilled, combined with faith, will change conditions so that your wish can manifest. For example, If you are in prison and have exhausted your appeals, visualizing a large living room couch is not likely to cause it to manifest. However, if you are a manager of a large apartment complex and clean those apartments when people move out you will get a fast result.
Always put yourself in favorable circumstances to get what you want. Combine traditional and metaphysical practices. Learn what traditional practices you must avoid and which ones to use.
If you want to be an attorney and are working at a car wash because you need the money, take a look at other options. Try to put yourself in an environment where opportunities will present themselves more readily. You could get work organizing an attorney’s office, or whatever.
When you determine your best path, visualize the end result you are after rather than the work. You do not want to manifest intermediate steps because doing so could cause you to manifest more work rather that the large home or whatever you are after.
There is a time for work and a time for rest. Every decision you make in life is crucial to your success.
There is an art and a science to all of this. Learn it, and then apply it. Once you get results you will feel so good that you will improve your ability to manifest more of what you want that will make you feel even better and so on and so forth.

This is an analogy to explain the purpose of your body and brain. Your body and brain are like a holographic headset that allows you to perceive a 3D movie you call your life.

How do I manifest what I want?
If you are into formal visualization, spend about five to ten minutes at a time visualizing what you want to manifest and/or feeling the wish fulfilled. Rather than thinking about what you want with the assumption that you do not have it, change the assumption during this period of time. Make believe that you are living in the full realization of what you want. Do not allow contrary thoughts for this time. This should be a concentrated and focused effort.
When you are done, affirm the result will be forthcoming and then divert your mind to something else. The inner self works best after you have done this exercise and are focused on another subject. Realize that work is being done on inner levels to make your request come to fruition.
Refrain from lapsing into doubt or disbelief while you are waiting for the manifestation. Maintain confidence and a positive focus. Do not entertain conflicting beliefs and assumptions. Be patient and have faith in yourself, the process and the universe itself. Keep learning.
When nothing seems to be happening in the physical world is when a lot is happening on the inside. Create the feeling of a lot of work being done on inner levels. Imagine magical and logical processes working on your behalf to bring you what you are asking for. This will help your inner self to do exactly that.

Is manifesting your thoughts easy to do?
Like any skill, manifesting your thoughts becomes easier with practice. The bigger the goal, the longer it may take. If a lot of things have to happen to realize your wish, then your inner self has to do the work of changing your conditions.
When your beliefs, thoughts and emotions are all in line with what you want it will manifest rapidly and easily. However, most of us were taught a contrary worldview with many beliefs that can hinder the process and flow of energy.
Because of what most of us have been taught it is often more difficult to manifest what you want until you have changed your fundamental worldview. Analyze your beliefs on all subjects and contemplate how those beliefs either aid or hinder the manifestation of what you want. Then working on dismissing those beliefs that hinder the process.

How to develop the ability to manifest what you want
The ability to manifest thoughts depends on belief, assumption and identity. To what degree do you believe that you can influence your surroundings? If you immerse yourself in a study of the subject of manifesting your thoughts into material events your belief in your ability to manifest thoughts will increase simply by virtue of your positive focus on the subject.
You are already manifesting your thoughts into reality. Perhaps you need only manifest more of what you want. And that may be easy to do! How often and to what degree do you use willpower or other means to make things happen for you? You can will your thoughts to manifest as material events, objects and reality.
Do you lock in on what you want like an archer locking in on the bullseye, or like a child who wants a new pair of sneakers? Do you acquire your goal subjectively? Or do you have a lot of thoughts about the perceived obstacles, like not having enough money, or needing to spend money on something else?
Do you control your life in some areas, and then profess that others are impeding your freedom and ability to have what you want in life in other areas? If you have a lot of negative emotion in reaction to people that you believe are a hindrance, you have an external center. You see outer reality as having control over what happens in your life. If that is the case you can benefit by immersing yourself in a study of the subject of manifesting thoughts into events, objects and reality.

Everyone’s free will is restricted, but only by past thoughts. This holds true for everyone to some degree.
You cannot force something that falls outside of what your identity and past thoughts allow. You do not have free will to experience things that are outside what you have set in motion with your thoughts. You must bring what you want into your awareness. To become a probable event open for manifestation, conditions must be right. Until the proper conditions for manifestation exist and beliefs, thoughts and emotions are of sufficient intensity and in agreement, you do not have the free will to experience a particular desire.
You do however, have total free will to think whatever you want to think. You can change your thoughts to expand the probabilities available to you and hence manifest your thoughts into the material events, objects and reality you desire most.
Each probability you create then instantaneously creates new probabilities. Learning, decision-making and actions therefore increase the total range of probabilities open to you.

Do you have an external center?
An External Center means that you put control outside of yourself. Control is external rather than internal. A person who feels their job, position, circumstances and all things but their own will determine what is or is not possible in their life has an external center. The accepted term in psychology is Locus of control.
Wikipedia states: Locus of control is the degree to which people believe that they, as opposed to external forces (beyond their influence), have control over the outcome of events in their lives.
We can have a strong locus of control and still feel that only our physical actions create our reality. When you have a strong locus of control and firmly believe your thoughts have significant power to manifest you are operating at a higher level of effectiveness.

Everyone has the same problem
Disowning your power is usually the main hindrance. Do not get upset if you have areas where you feel you are being played or other people or forces beyond your control are the problem. Simple affirm a contrary thought and work on shifting your beliefs in that area.
Everyone does because we have been taught to believe that we can’t trust the world.
Your emotions reveal what you really believe
If you want to know what you think and believe, ask yourself what you feel. Your feelings never lie. They will tell you what you believe in that moment, what your predominating beliefs point to, or what you believe on a deeper level.
If you get angry at a situation you think is beyond your control, that anger is telling you that you have placed control outside of yourself.
Recognizing where you disown your power is half the problem solved
Once you realize that you think a certain way, the solution is simply to pivot your beliefs in this area. A simpler way of saying that is change your assumptions.

Take back your power by understanding that you control all situations. Either you create your reality, or you do not. The fact that you do is as simple as gravity, it is a law of physics.

And at different times of the week and on any given day you believe different things depending on your psychological alliance and mood.

Influencing other people, events and reality
Your thoughts, beliefs and emotions always elicit behavior in keeping with them from others. This is something like having a telepathic force field. Strong beliefs have a strong influence. The same can be said of the emotions.
When you are sure of yourself, and confidence is strong, you have a much more powerful effect on other people. To control situations, ask yourself what you believe in regard to your ability to do so. How much influence do you think you have on certain situations?
The answer you give to that question tells you to a large degree where you are at in your level of influence. In any area, whatever you assume is what you are going to create.

You know more than you think you know
If you need to know something about yourself, you have the answer within you. Usually the answer is on a conscious level. Just ask yourself what you believe in regard to the issue you are questioning. Your answer tells you what is going on within you belief-wise.
What you believe you create. If you believe you can influence people, that is what is going to happen, you are going to influence people.
Confidence in self determines capability
When you put control of anything outside of yourself the problem of not being able to create what you want could be related to self-confidence. You need to be confident that you can create what you want, and if you do not have this confidence you have to develop it.
There is no simple one way to do this. There is all kinds of approaches to improve your beliefs and develop confidence, personal power and effectiveness. Focus on what gives you confidence and use affirmations to build confidence.
Do for others what you would like others to do for you. Be kind and the world will reflect that back in what others do for you.
Internal vs. external locus of control
As previously mentioned, if you do not believe you have control over what happens to you, that means you believe that things happen to you. If your predominant position is that you feel you are being influenced or controlled by forces outside of yourself, perhaps like a small boat being tossed around in a rough ocean, then you are externally centered.
In mainstream psychology, this perspective is called, “Internal vs. External Locus of Control.”
Some people believe that they are a product of everything that has and is happening to them. This is called an external locus of control, because these people believe they are not in control of their lives. The goal of coaching is for us to realize that we actually have an internal control.
Contemplate this concept often. If you do so it will sink in. Once you internalize a concept it becomes operational and manifests in your life.

Science that confirms personal spiritual experiences
Bohm and Eastwood both give us a paradigm that eliminates contradictions between science and personal human experience.
Our traditional science tells us that a person's purpose is no more than to procreate to ensure the survival of our species — but many people have spiritual experiences that reveal there is far more meaning and purpose to a person's life — interpreted through their belief system.
Bohm's / Eastwood's paradigm says we have an inner reality that forms this world and thus can include personal spiritual experiences and the possibility of thoughts creating reality — experiences which when interpreted through Bohm's science would make perfect sense.
Physicist David Bohm, — who Albert Einstein called “a kindred spirit,” and whose Ph.D. thesis — being top secret and classified — was awarded at the University of California at Berkeley by none other than Robert Oppenheimer — tells us that our reality is a holographic projection of the mind.
Bohm's science suggests an inner source reality, and the possibility of a multidimensional framework of existence in which our reality is grounded and created.
Bohm explains that the empty space in the universe contains the whole of everything by introducing the concepts of the “implicate order” and “explicate order”. The entire universe exists first as an inner energy of unlimited potential. From an inner world of pure information and probable events, David Bohm says, the physical, observable phenomena unfold.
This unfolding of the explicit order from the subtle realm of the implicate order is regulated on inner levels of the mind according to what is believed by the conscious mind.
Bohm called everything — both the implicate order and the explicate order together — the holomovement.

No level of expertise can surpass 45 years of experience applying these principles. These principles were not recognized by universities or schools when I began applying them.
I began learning this when there were no accredited courses on this subject specifically. You went to school to learn the opposite, and you were scripted in a contrary worldview. This interferes with your ability to apply the principles. Therefore many experts cannot teach you what I do in this site.
