I will answer these questions now.
What is an internal judge and victim?
The internal judge is a set of beliefs. A negative inner judge is a voice with personality characteristics. It can act like a bully and/or use any method to sabotage you. Often it will arouse fear and intense negativity in its host, which would be you.
Do I have an internal judge or victim?
If you feel a lot of fear or guilt, low self-esteem or cannot progress beyond a certain point because of self-doubt or negativity, you have an internal judge that is holding you back.
You may have another set of beliefs that have their own personality that plays the victim of the inner judge. If you feel terribly victimized or dwell on the idea that you are being held back internally or physically you have an inner victim.
The inner bad judge can be a tyrant and controller. The internal judge can be like a school yard bully, a sophisticated prosecutor or a stealthy cheater. This inner relationship usually reflects common external relationships. Often there is an authoritarian type control freak ordering a weaker or nicer victim around.
Study the “voices” in your head and their opinions and tactics. Apply the same skills that are used in relationship issues. Outsmart, retask, have a modifying dialog with the two opposing views to find an area of agreement or mutual compromise, or kill-off the bad internal judger and stop being victimized by yourself. If you do not stop the bullying, he/she will ruin your life. This voice is your own beliefs speaking and you control your mind.

Why am I not free and what do I need to learn and do to be free?
There are many reasons why you may have developed a negative set of beliefs that act as a negative internal judge. Because thoughts attract similar thoughts and grow in the subconscious, the negative internal judge grows within you.
Negative beliefs will generate negative emotions until you take a stand. You must operate from a place of strength and confidence to prevail over the internal judge. Fight back with positive everything. We get rid of an inner judge in the same way we get rid of a bully.

You can get lost trying to understand consciousness by reading scientific articles. I offer links to some excellent scientific studies as a courtesy to you only. I know in simple terms that the physical world is a projection we each create with our own consciousness. If four people enter a room, there are four rooms. I figured that out over four decades ago.
Consciousness is irreducible and is both individualized and part of an unbroken field. Quantum mechanics is the study of that field of energy. Your consciousness has very deep, eternal meaning that cannot be measured with a ruler, and so all scientific studies will miss that part of the picture.
All consciousness is of an equal, amazingly high grade; and just so you know, your personality and individuality will never be lost. Who you are will survive death. I am not a religious person, because I will add that you are also good, and most religions will say you are evil.
Ignorance is separation from truth, and it is the closest thing there is to evil. Our civilization has been based on separation from truth for centuries and we therefore do not even know where we come from! That shows just how ignorant we are.
Our civilization has been reading reality backwards for thousands of years. You cannot understand reality by looking at the physical world because that world is a consciousness hologram that you are creating. If you follow most scientists, they will just get you more confused.

The only reason why Einstein and a few top physicists speak the truth is because they are such intellectual giants that the scientific establishment does not dare attack them.

Physicist David Bohm, — who Albert Einstein called “a kindred spirit,” and who’s Ph.D. thesis (being top secret and classified) was awarded at the University of California at Berkeley by no other than Robert Oppenheimer — tells us that everything is connected and is a holographic projection. Formal education is scripting in collective myths
It is not necessarily wise to ask an expert for the answer to the big questions, such as, ‘what is consciousness and reality?’ Here’s the reason: Most professionals base their theories and ‘knowledge’ on many years of formal education, yet formal education is scripting in collective myth.
Professionals must endure far more formal education than most people, and formal education requires that they pass exams that prove they are scripted in myth in order to be legally designated as an expert in their field! For this reason, most experts are bias in favor of materialism; myth is slow to be challenged within academic circles and tends to be locked in place within society as a result.
The greater your formal education, the greater your conviction in the generally held worldviews. This applies to lawyers, doctors, psychologists and many other “authorities.”
However, the worldviews of people everywhere are changing, as widespread conflict illustrates.
Einstein didn’t ask his physics professor if time was an illusion, because had he did, he would not have become the Einstein we know, and he would not have made any great scientific discoveries.

An internal judge and victim controls most people
Only 1 in 100 people are free!
Because we all inherit our civilization’s beliefs which are centered on distrust of the individual, this is what the inner judge usually consists of. Every person has different beliefs, but the negative inner judge is distinct in that it consists of associated negative assumptions about self and reality.
Ideas grow and evolve within us. Attached to the main ideas inherited from our civilization are secondary beliefs of lesser intensity that consist of perceived obstacles in life, negative occurrences and other reinforcing negative ideas and memories that tend to grow and intensify as we get older.
We tend to take the manifestations of previous negative thought patterns as evidence to prove our negative or inaccurate ideas are fact. This results in the perpetual denial of the positive on the part of the bad inner judge.
The problem is that we now know that our beliefs, thoughts and emotions are energy that attract and form events. The balance of our thoughts manifest as our physical reality.
QUANTUM PHYSICS MIND-BRAIN MODEL
The only way to take control of your life is to take control of your thinking, and so this is an incredibly important subject.
How the internal judge forms within us
A rambling mind with a lot of chatter is a form of creation by default. I say “creation” because you create the events that compose your life by what you think.
Because our civilization lacks proper understanding and values, the vast majority are generating conflicting beliefs and random thoughts that have both negative and positive consequences, and as a result they are not really in control of their life.
The average person’s life experiences lean toward the negative because they have not yet been taught the principle of how their thoughts create matter, and many of their thoughts are negative or dysfunctional as a result. When the total negativity within reaches a certain pitch, it seems to take on a life of its own, a kind of controlling inner voice with its own personality. We call this the formation of the internal judge and victim.
The magical investment value of books and affirmations
You are like a bank vault filled with money, gold and precious jewels. Every positive thought is a deposit. Every negative thought is a withdrawal. Your life is the interest. Shallow positive thoughts are like gold plated jewels and play money. Wisdom and understanding combined with solid belief and quality affirmations are like solid 24 karat gold and real diamonds. These are the thoughts that build integrity and value and procure high return on investment.
Every object in your environment is an extension of your energy. A physical book is a connection to the part of your inner self that "created" the book and understands the content. A book on a table next to you connects you to all those people who hold the knowledge associated with the book.
Every object around you is a holographic projection of your mind that connects you to the innermost portion of your soul that creates them.
If you want to break old patterns and habits of perception, bring books full of light and affirmations into your life and remain centered on what they represent — the truth you are bringing out within yourself by having them in your presence. Once you materialize something in your life, an energy pathway through which the object or event is created and maintained continues to exist, even when the object or event is long-gone.
A single affirmation is only a small deposit, but wealth and prosperity can only be built a single thought or act at a time. A mind that thinks in affirmations transforms everything it touches to gold. You begin the journey by surrounding yourself with good books. When you do that, everything around you speaks quality and intelligent love — the invisible infinite potential of which you are composed. That includes the qualities of prosperity, natural power, right and integrity.
Force yourself to continuously review beneficial concepts to keep them alive in your mind. Develop a realistic positive attitude. Keep your metaphysical books open to highlighted material and review it every day. Find something important to focus on daily. Rescript your mind one thought at a time; and when you do, commit to going all the way. Half-truths are like coal wrapped in holiday paper. Adopt a baseline of non-linear time thinking.
If you do this faithfully, your entire reality will begin to change for the better.
Again, because this is so important, when you manifest something positive, such as a book that represents the truth and the answers you are seeking, maintain that book and whatever represents what you want in your life as best you can. This creates an energy pathway for more of the same to come through into your life. It also connects you with the author and all others who are connected to the object and/or information it represents.
To keep concepts alive, repeat them in your mind over and over again. This is how you rescript your mind and change your reality. As a heart pumps blood, the vacuum created in each pulse draws in more blood, and this is how energy behaves. You must give or outflow energy to receive. In religion and spirituality, this is behind the Golden Rule concept.
Your most valuable possession will always be yourself. If you do not invest in you, then you are saying that you are not important. Those who do not invest in improving themselves and their abilities, do not draw more (ability, quality, etc.) from the universe.
Learn to manifest quality and value in yourself. Learn the art and science of living a good life and manifesting what you want in life. Bring forth that which you seek.
When we awaken to our true nature, we begin to realize that we are supported and graced by an altruistic consciousness of which we are a part. When we become aware of how the universe works, we begin to notice how the universe bends in our direction and works to our advantage. We realize that from our best feelings, thoughts, intents and expectations flow fortunate, synchronistic events.
An entirely new worldview begins to set in. This is when an unquenchable thirst for positive metaphysical concepts will overtake you. The sacred tonic of fulfillment is the highest level thinking of which you are capable. Affirmations are the elixir of happiness, achievement and dreams, from which flows a greater fulfillment than we can imagine in our most wondrous moments.

Tool to find what you want
Think of probabilities as avenues of action open to you. A probability is a non-physical series of events that can become physically manifest. Each action increase the total range of probabilities open to you.
Out of one thing you do today, three more possibilities could arise. Going to the store, for example, puts you in contact with others, and the probability of interaction with each person. There is a science you can learn to create only positive events with your thoughts.
Ordinary probabilities are the things you do every day. An unusual probability could be meeting an old friend who mentions a book. Upon reading it you end up taking a new direction in life.
Unforeseen fortunate probabilities, also called synchronistic events, are triggered by your positive conscious focus and thinking in life. But the work done to create them happens at deeper levels of your own consciousness.
Your beliefs must also support the possibility of having what you want. Any assumption is a belief. "Murphy's law" is a common hindering assumption held by people who say that their positive thinking does not work. In its simplest form, Murphy's Law states: If anything can go wrong, it will. You may think, "if it is something good, it is hard to get and if it is something I want, someone will try to take it from me." These are the kind of assumptions are invisible barriers to success that you want to reject and dismiss. But you need to know how to do that.
You do have free will to think what you want to think. You can change your thoughts to create what you want in life. Affirmations and imagination can move concepts in and out of your mind.
You can create your own good luck.
My daily affirmation and guidance post offers high-level training, but the ability to implement positive thinking is up to you.
Some people believe that they are a product of everything that has and is happening to them. This is called an external locus of control. Our meritocracy creates a sense of powerlessness. Mind over matter nonlinear thinking can make you powerful or you can remain stuck in beliefs that cause all your problems.
A person who feels that their job, position, circumstances or outside forces control them has an external center. These types of people cannot manifest what they want in life.
How often and to what degree do you use willpower or other means to make things happen for you? You can will your thoughts to manifest as material events, objects and reality. Can you heal with nonlinear thinking , use conscious co-creation and solve problems the new way?
Do you know how to create a miracle, or how to be a billionaire?
Do you lock in on what you want like an archer locking in on the bullseye, or like a child who wants a new pair of sneakers? Young children intuitively feel that they control reality with their thoughts. Do you acquire your goal subjectively? Or do you have a lot of thoughts about the perceived obstacles, like not having enough money, or needing to spend money on something else?
Do you control your life in some areas, and then profess that others are impeding your freedom and ability to have what you want in life in other areas? If you have a lot of negative emotion in reaction to people that you believe are a hindrance, you have an external center. Do you even know where you form your reality? If not, you can benefit by immersing yourself in a study of the subject of manifesting thoughts into events, objects and reality.
You can learn how to get out of a difficult situation and create anything you want. Learn how to make today the best day possible.
If you want to know what you think and believe, ask yourself what you feel. Your feelings never lie.
When you are sure of yourself, and confidence is strong, you have a greater ability to manifest what you want in life and draw positive people into your life.
When you put control of anything outside of yourself the problem of not being able to create what you want could be related to self-confidence. You need to be confident that you can create what you want, and if you do not have this confidence you have to develop it.
Do for others what you would like others to do for you. Be kind and the world will reflect that back in what others do for you.
Manifesting
To manifest anything, you must think from the end. Manifesting involves imagining the desired end result as if it were already achieved. This is often called visualizing the wish-fulfilled. When we make our imagining as real as possible and wrap them in amplified positive emotions, we get a powerful result.

Science that confirms personal spiritual experiences
Bohm and Eastwood both give us a paradigm that eliminates contradictions between science and personal human experience.
Our traditional science tells us that a person's purpose is no more than to procreate to ensure the survival of our species — but many people have spiritual experiences that reveal there is far more meaning and purpose to a person's life — interpreted through their belief system.
Bohm's / Eastwood's paradigm says we have an inner reality that forms this world and thus can include personal spiritual experiences and the possibility of thoughts creating reality — experiences which when interpreted through Bohm's science would make perfect sense.
Physicist David Bohm, — who Albert Einstein called “a kindred spirit,” and whose Ph.D. thesis — being top secret and classified — was awarded at the University of California at Berkeley by none other than Robert Oppenheimer — tells us that our reality is a holographic projection of the mind.
Bohm's science suggests an inner source reality, and the possibility of a multidimensional framework of existence in which our reality is grounded and created.
Bohm explains that the empty space in the universe contains the whole of everything by introducing the concepts of the “implicate order” and “explicate order”. The entire universe exists first as an inner energy of unlimited potential. From an inner world of pure information and probable events, David Bohm says, the physical, observable phenomena unfold.
This unfolding of the explicit order from the subtle realm of the implicate order is regulated on inner levels of the mind according to what is believed by the conscious mind.
Bohm called everything — both the implicate order and the explicate order together — the holomovement.
