I will answer these questions now.

The reason why Einstein said this is because what you believe you create. Now the world’s best science (below) confirms what educated people and great prophets have always known.
Another way of saying this is your expectations form your reality. You don’t force people to behave a certain way, but your expectations of poor behavior draws it to you. You will first notice fake news focused on what you believe is bad about people, and then you will attract the people who believe that they are as you say they are. They will then reflect your beliefs.
Or you will draw people who think they are justified in mistreating you BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE PEOPLE ARE EVIL.
We get the idea of humans being bad from ancient religion and then physicalism science, which is only a carryover from religion, transferring the devil in the earth to the devil in the subconscious in the form of sexual and other survival impulses. It’s the same paradigm as religion in scientific terminology. The devil is no longer literal but is in the form of instincts and programming in which the better killer survived and passed his DNA from one generation to the next until you were born. You sit on the top of the process of evolution.
None of this is correct. However, what we believe we create. What begins as a myth, becomes a fact.
After years of people believing a certain way, they create it as their reality. We have arrived at a point in which the world hates itself and everyone hates just about everyone else. We are all justifying cruelty because we have been convinced that others are what the religions say they are.
It may be everyone, certain individuals, groups or the stranger on block, but it’s someone.
This poses another problem.
Those who believe in evil, or just innocently interpret a person’s motives as being bad, falsely justify harming those they believe to be acting wrongfully, and if you harm someone, they will think you are bad and then they will want to harm you. This is the way it is and has been, but an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.
This is the way that primitive tribal man has created wars for over 5,000 years. Fortunately, we have a young generation that will replace those who see the world through this lens.
The lens shapes the world. We are in an interactive universe. Internal Science says so. The negative views are based on physicalism which, as you know, simply is not true.
You can change your assumptions to change your reality.

When you see evil everywhere, it is because you are filtering perception through your own dark conception of reality and human nature. To manifest effectively, it is necessary to take a certain stance toward reality that is based on understanding and trust. We attract and receive our desires by reveling in the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
When we have learned through trial and error, we know we will get results and so we trust the universe to deliver.
