The mind does filter perception on a conscious and subconscious level according to what you believe, think and feel. That alone will cause you to notice things that could help you achieve those goals you are focused on. However, that is only the perception portion of the mind’s functioning.
The mind creates and projects events before you then perceive them. The projection is composed of consciousness. Your beliefs, thoughts and emotions create your reality. If what you believe is negative, that is what will physically manifest.
Your thoughts are electromagnetic energy that guide creation and manifest in your life. The whole secret to creating a good life is in your thoughts. They have unlimited power to create your reality, and they are alive and composed of the life force that goes out and does your will.

Mainstream physicalism science is local science and does not describe true reality. Physicalism is the study of the holographic projection and not the inner reality which projects matter. It is incomplete science that lacks compassion because it has no heart and soul.

Internal Science is congruent with the findings of quantum mechanics. It goes one step further. It applies the science rather than treating it as a theory.

Your Worldview
One of the most important requirements of effective manifesting is to be able to see the world differently. You can’t just keep thinking in conventional terms yet operate by a non-conventional paradigm. To control what you create in life you must control your thinking. The first thing to control is your perception of the nature of reality. Your worldview and your methods must be in agreement.

You must change your worldview to change your life
Your immediate reality is a composite of your own life force projected onto a platform that is like an invisible stage we share with others. We telepathically agree on where and when we are. These are the rules of the game we agree to when we enter the physical system (a specific range of electromagnetic frequencies).

You have full freedom to create whatever you want within the boundaries given. The intellect creates beliefs, thoughts and feelings and the inner self uses these as a yardstick to create events. There is a time lag between subjective activity and its materialization. Emotions, however, manifest quickly. The time-lag protects you from having fearful and negative thoughts of your own manifest instantly. The momentum of other thoughts and emotions modify your fears so that they do not blow up in your face.
The inner self is using the physical system to teach itself the responsibility of directing energy. It has created the intellect through which it channels its energy to allow it to exist in the physical system. The universe itself is of good intent, and positive thoughts are therefore easier to manifest.
The intellect is part of the inner self which is multidimensional and exists in simultaneous time, or what I call the spacious present. The physical world is the dream your inner self is having.
Your whole being has three levels while in material existence. You have a 1) inner consciousness or inner ego, 2) an intellect or outer ego, and 3) a body consciousness or cellular consciousness. Without the body’s consciousness you would have to tell every cell what to do, and that wouldn’t work of course, which is why it was created. The body consciousness and the intellect/ego are offshoots of the inner self that allows us to exist within the physical system.
The intellect is incredibly powerful and intelligent, and its beliefs, thoughts and emotions determine what the inner self creates in the physical world on inner levels of consciousness. The inner self creates the intellect out of its own energy, and so it creates a creator in this system of reality. You are an extension of your inner self, but there really are no boundaries within the self and so you are the whole self also. Divisions are illusions that create a sense of separation from the rest of reality.

Events are thoughts and emotions projected out from you into what appears to be a physical environment detached from you. Scientists know that the senses perceive reality. What most scientists have not yet figured out is that before your senses perceive your reality, they create it in the same basic way a virtual reality headset creates a virtual reality.
Your physical environment is actually an extension of the self, like a finger or arm is. You create it, although the work done to create events happens below the subconscious and so you are not consciously aware of how this work is performed. Your own environment is you; your collective reality is a joint creation (what is on the news is a collective creation).

You can attract probabilities in which you have achieved your goals. The way to do this is to project the emotional state that resonates with the goal you wish to achieve. I applied this principle when I was 12 and by age 13 I was working for a Yale professor. The procedure works, you just need to be able to think unconventionally. You must learn to think differently.
Why is this website so positive?
Consciousness creates the universe and so it is a positive consciousness that holds the solutions people are looking for. I have applied that principle and the positive energy I am projecting is changing everything, including the way I present myself and my ideas. The site you are on is a result of positive consciousness.
What you see around you cannot be changed through physical force. The old status quo will just bounce back, and your patterns will repeat. Even positive thinking will not change your reality the way you would like it to if you are still operating within the conventional set of assumptions about reality.
You are always in control. You create your reality according to what you believe, think and feel. Beliefs are tools. Do not believe anything you do not want to experience.
Neutralize negative thoughts by taking a second to identify their source in your beliefs. Then imagine plucking out the negative thought as if it were a weed, roots and all. Then declare what you want to believe instead so that the negative thought or feeling does not come up again. Do this as often as you must.
Don’t invest in negative scenarios, no matter what they are and where they come from. Even collective events and natural disasters are probabilities, and you choose what probabilities you will enter. You do not have to experience anything you do not want to experience. Anyone that tells you otherwise is misleading you and taking away your power, and by implication, your sanity.
To achieve any goal, build the best possible hypothesis that will lead to its realization, and then first thing every morning when you get up, collect evidence to prove that hypothesis.
It can’t hurt you to raise your expectations, and even if you don’t immediately acquire your goal, you will be a happier person and you will attract more positive experiences by having done this.
Eventually, you will succeed.

Our first responsibility is ourselves, not others. lt’s not selfish to love and appreciate ourselves as much as we do others, it’s responsible. Until we realize the beautiful and miraculous nature of who we are, we cannot see others in the same light, and we will not understand reality.
If you want your life to work, and to manifest abundance and prosperity, it is necessary to acknowledge the beauty in yourself, and then you will be able to see the worth and beauty in others. All the good you give others must come through yourself. If your worldview lacks affirmation of self in the deepest and most profound way, you will lack the ability to see others in the same light.
Your thoughts and emotions create your reality, but they are a result of what you believe. With affirmative and accurate beliefs about yourself and reality, you will naturally have positive thoughts about yourself and others, and you will be able to achieve your goals and even dreams in life. If you are plagued by negative thoughts, look at your philosophical beliefs about yourself and your reality.
Success won’t happen until you get rid of these beliefs

Conventional methods didn’t work
We have tested conventional methods from working long hours and saving money to battling government agencies in court, but none of that worked. The only thing that did work are the methods given here and in Earth Network books.
Don’t blame outside circumstances for anything or you forgo your personal power and effectiveness, hence losing control over your life and reality.
The new formula worked
When you struggle to improve your life on a physical level it is like attacking a projection on a TV screen. You must change the programming. To do that, you must make changes on an inner level where the creation of events takes place. Once that is done properly, changes in the outer physical world will begin to show themselves automatically and effortlessly.
It sounds simple, and theoretically it is, but there is a lot to it.
