The Astrolabe
The ancestor of the smartphone, and the geniuses that created it.
The predecessor of the smartphone was an alchemist designed astrolabe called a “star-taker” in Greek. It was the do-everything device in Europe and into the Islamic world by the 8th century. It’s a good bet that the people who designed them were pretty smart, and that’s where Eastwood comes in.
Eastwood was only 13 years of age when he was invited to work on a secret invention in a private research and development facility owned by a Yale University professor. The invention Eastwood was directed to work on was a modern version of an astrolabe accurate enough to be used by a surveyor but going by only the position of the sun in the sky.
While astrolabes are often associated with the educated elite, Eastwood isn’t an elite in the conventional sense. Eastwood is an iconoclast; someone who sees things differently than others do, like Galileo or Nicolaus Copernicus who may have been the first to describe the solar system as we understand it to be today.

WHAT EASTWOOD DISCOVERED: Thoughts create matter
Thoughts are fields of energy that form matter. We have built a civilization on the division between mind and matter, yet both are the same — consciousness and matter are both composed of electromagnetic fields.
Thoughts combine with similar thoughts and transform themselves into probable events which contain the impetus and pattern necessary to evolve into the complexity of matter.
- You project your own psychological energy out to form the physical world.
- Ideas and emotions are energy that coalesce as events and objects.

Time is an illusion
You are not moving through time. You are creating events by your thoughts and emotions which draw from the field of probabilities.
Because all events are simultaneous, your current assumptions automatically rearrange past and future events. Your present moment has tremendous power from which you can very effectively change past, present and future events. Thoughts literally create matter.
The danger exists when you dwell on the negative and pull similar events from the field of probabilities to form an apparent past, present and future. Once you learn to focus on the positive, you pull positive probable events to form a far more beneficial past, present and future.
I have created a new form of science
Reality is subjective because reality is a construction of emotional energy. Objective science, therefore, obviously, cannot comprehend reality. This is why I created Internal Science, a science of consciousness.
The physical tools of the scientific method cannot probe consciousness, only consciousness can discover the nature of consciousness. I am not a scientist in the traditional sense, rather I am a new scientist who probes reality directly with my mind. Your thoughts create matter and reality. That is just a fact of reality. The sooner you realize this the better off you will be.
There are two scientific paradigms. The world’s thinking and science itself are in paradigm-shift. By 2050 the scientific establishment will understand that thoughts create matter and consciousness creates reality. Until then they are all bickering and there is no clear consensus.

Internal Science and International Philosophy
The mind does filter perception on a conscious and subconscious level according to what you believe, think and feel. That alone will cause you to notice things that could help you achieve those goals you are focused on. However, perception is only one aspect of the mind’s functioning.
The mind creates and projects. The projection — your physical environment and life — is composed of consciousness, shaped by past thoughts.
Because our beliefs create our reality, if we learn to believe that the universe is safe, and people are good, we will create that as our reality.
International philosophy is based on the idea that we are fundamentally good rather than naturally inclined to do wrong, with the knowledge that what we believe is physically manifest. Flawed beliefs generate flawed behavior in the same way a faulty operating program in a good computer will cause it to run improperly.
But good beliefs—like those taught by William Eastwood—will rid you of superstition and negative energy. This clears the way for you to easily create what you desire in life.
Domesticated humans are in trouble
Domesticated humans are in trouble. They are not well. The illness is a form of negativity (an emotional damage very much alive in our cells and beliefs) that pervades our civilization.

How you are creating a three-dimensional movie—your life
Imagine that in your living room you put on a holographic headset. At the click of a switch, you seem to no longer be in your living room.
