• What is the underlying reason why Trump is still free and not in prison?

I will answer these questions now.

Trump will be indicted and sent to prison on multiple counts

The only other possibility is if his Supreme Court saves him, delays legal cases against Trump and he wins the election. The election may now determine if Trump goes to prison or not.

Why hasn’t former U.S. President Donald J. Trump been sent to prison

People are realizing that beliefs matter. Trump, for example, has thus far evaded justice and time in prison due to his beliefs, however inaccurate. His beliefs protect him.

The reason why former U.S. President Donald J. Trump has not been arrested and sent to prison for murder, insurrection, obstruction, and inciting a riot has to do with Trump’s beliefs more so than the U.S. legal system.

Your beliefs protect you regardless of their accuracy. If this was not true, people would not see what they want to see. That phrase really means, “People create what they believe.” Its the placebo and nocebo effect scientists are aware of but do not fully understand.

The drama we see playing out on the news is a scientific manifestation of collective beliefs. What happens to Trump himself is a product of an array of conscious and subconscious beliefs Trump holds. Many of Trump’s beliefs are derogatory and incorrect, yet they still have prevented him from being more severely harmed by the multitude of agencies attempting to “get” him.

So far, Trump’s beliefs have prevented him from being sent to prison for murder, insurrection, obstruction, and inciting a riot.

Division, fake news and school shootings are a result of worldviews, opposing values, fears and deeply held core beliefs that protect people from contrary views. It is sad that we are not aware of the power of our beliefs as a nation and civilization.

The lack of awareness at its core is a result of the failure of science to validate the holographic theory of consciousness. If the scientific establishment replaced physicalism with new theories derived from quantum physics, the world wouldn’t be in this mess.

Many people know that physicalism is a myth and that is why they are turning away from science to cults and old distorted aspects of religion and tribalism. Thus, the failure of the scientific establishment to bring us the real reason why the placebo works to protect us is causing a diffusion of belief systems resulting in division and violence. The only effective answer to these problems will therefore be to bring attention to the error in science and correct it.

That is what I do on this site.

To understand why Trump has not yet been arrested and sent to prison for murder, insurrection, obstruction, and inciting a riot has to do with the errors in a premise on which scientific theories are based. You may therefore want to take a look at the science responsible for dividing a nation.

Physicalism and resulting Darwinism are a hodgepodge of degrading myths that are a carryover from distorted aspects of religion. The solution we provide is available to those of all ages for free on and off this site.

The underlying reason why Trump is still free and not in prison has to do with Trump’s beliefs and the worldviews of all people involved.

Trump’s beliefs reflect those held by many far-right or conservative Americans, especially those in the Bible belt. The world view of these people is what put Trump into office. To understand the problem, we have to look at it from this perspective. Division is a result of differences in philosophical beliefs. An individual’s worldview determines what type of person they will elect to represent them.

Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani had a meeting with Trump on the 4th and immediately afterwards tells White House staffer Cassidy Hutchinson, January 6th “will be great.” Hutchinson, who had supported Trump and his agenda, was disgusted by what she learned and described Trump as “indecent, vile and uncivil.”

AR-15s and Glocks — semi-automatic rifles and pistols — were reported in the crowd at the Ellipse White House visitor’s center.

Trump has not yet been arrested because Trump’s beliefs protect him. Collective events are created by everyone who is a part of the event, and so Trump’s beliefs will not continue to protect him if those public events (the actions of DOJ for example) alter his beliefs, which is what is starting to happen.
