I will answer these questions now.
Will Putin attack the U.S., U.K. or other countries in Europe and the West?
Putin will not attack the U.S. or the U.K. Putin’s Russia is not the formidable force it seems to be — that is a Kremlin inspired illusion. The need to preserve his regime and power outweighs any potential benefits of launching nuclear weapons.
The image of Putin as a great Russian KGB agent is manufactured. Putin is not even able to defeat Ukraine. Putin is not a fearless soldier. Nor is he intelligent. Putin is not a great strategist or he would not have attacked Ukraine or targeted infrastructure and civilians.
Putin wants a world in which other countries side with Russia, but his unethical war crimes has caused neighboring countries to look to the U.S. for protection from Russia.
What the world needs now is more love and compassion.

What is the risk that Putin’s Russia will attack Other Countries?
The risk that Putin’s Russia will attack other countries is low now, but there is a risk. What he will do depends on where he discovers opportunity. Putin is very unpredictable and likely to try novel means to strike blows at any country aiding Ukraine in any way he can. He will likely use drones to attack electrical grids, communication hubs, energy supply lines and even hospitals and food supply locations. Putin will attack other countries, and if he makes progress in any area he will continue along those lines that prove effective.
Putin is trying to divert food supplies from Western countries to his allies. Putin would spread diseases to create a pandemic in the West if he knew how to do that.
The UN must expel Russia from the UN pursuant to Article 6 of the Charter for ‘persistent violation’ of the principles of the Charter. The UN Security Council has the power to take punitive action against Russia. The 15 members can legally impose sanctions on Russia, approve military intervention, as well as impose embargoes and asset freezes to persuade Russia to change course. The only problem is that Russia is a member of the UN Security Council, and any member can veto a decision made by these 15 members. To expel Russia from the UN will automatically eliminate Russia’s veto power in the Security Council.
Otherwise international courts must change laws or create a new world court that does have the power to stop Putin’s war crimes and prevent him from putting human civilization itself in peril.
