The reason why former U.S. President Donald J. Trump has not been arrested and sent to prison for murder, insurrection, obstruction, and inciting a riot has to do with Trump’s beliefs more so than the U.S. legal system.
The drama we see playing out on the news is a scientific manifestation of collective beliefs. What happens to Trump himself is a product of an array of conscious and subconscious beliefs Trump holds. Many of Trump’s beliefs are derogatory and incorrect, yet they still have prevented him from being arrested and sent to prison for murder, insurrection, obstruction, and inciting a riot.
The national division in beliefs, political views, fake news and school shootings are also a result of worldviews and values, fears and deep beliefs, manifest outward. The problem at its core is a result of the failure of science which is causing a diffusion of belief systems resulting in division and violence. The only effective answer to these problems will therefore be to bring attention to the error in science and correct it.

What is the underlying reason why Trump is still free and not in prison?
The underlying reason why Trump is still free and not in prison has to do with Trump’s beliefs and the worldviews of all people involved.
Trump’s beliefs reflect those held by many far-right or conservative Americans, especially those in the Bible belt. The world view of these people is what put Trump into office. To understand the problem, we have to look at it from this perspective. Division is a result of differences in philosophical beliefs. An individual’s worldview determines what type of person they will elect to represent them.
The world is divided because science has not adapted to the discoveries of quantum physics. The world’s population has learned that traditional physicalism is incorrect, and so many have discarded those views. Many different religions and cults have formed as a result of the failure of science to adapt to the facts of quantum mechanics. However, Americans, and most people in the world, do not understand quantum mechanics. It differs drastically from physicalism or materialism, which is a worldview that says that everything is physical for a product of physicality.

Many science tests do understand quantum physics, but they are not a majority. The division and science is a result of a stubborn insistence on foregone conclusions that are based on a false premise.
All of this may sound far removed from the question opposed at the beginning of this article, which is, “Why has Trump not been arrested and sent to prison for murder, insurrection, obstruction, inciting a riot?” However, it has everything to do with that question. The reason why our political and cultural division, school shootings and many other problems persist is because of a miscalculation in the premise of scientific theories about the nature of our reality. The result is a lack of understanding how Consciousness plays a role in personal and social events.
There is a solution to political division, Putin’s war in Ukraine, school shootings and most other problems in the world today. The solution is only difficult to grasp because of the nature of the science. The findings of internal science and quantum physics are so qualitatively different from the much simpler physicalism the world has been scripting in, that people can’t make the Quantum Leap. Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani had a meeting with Trump on the 4th and immediately afterwards tells White House staffer Cassidy Hutchinson, January 6th “will be great.” Hutchinson, who had supported Trump and his agenda, was disgusted by what she learned and described Trump as “indecent, vile and uncivil.”
AR-15s and Glocks — semi-automatic rifles and pistols — were reported in the crowd at the Ellipse White House visitor’s center.
Trump said, “I don’t effing care that they have weapons… Let my people in…. Take the effing mags away,” [metal detectors] and so on.
There is a way to defeat Trump.
Trump has not yet been arrested because Trump’s beliefs protect him. Collective events are created by everyone who is a part of the event, and so Trump’s beliefs will not continue to protect him if those public events (the actions of DOJ for example) alter his beliefs, which is what is starting to happen.
