Can your thoughts about something can make it happen?
Yes, your thoughts about something can make it happen. You can think about something and make it manifest as your reality if you follow the manifesting principles that are necessary to make the process work.
Manifesting principles are inherent laws of the universe that apply everywhere in every situation. Like gravity, they can be counted upon to work under all circumstances. The law of attraction is a neutral law that will work as well for big goals as it will for smaller ones.
However, there is also the law of manifestation and the inner self (below the subconscious) that works on your behalf. When a goal requires the involvement of others, the inner self also communicates with the inner selves of those who want to participate.
Business plans and missions that involve others only happen when the inner selves of other people agree to participate. There is a democratic process that occurs on inner levels. At these levels all is known and everyone works in a grand cooperative effort to create the events we then experience that seem to just happen to us.
Your thoughts about something can make it happen when it is something that exists as a probability. If it doesn’t exist as a probability, it can become one. However, there may be things you need to learn and do before a complex event can be created.
You can make something happen with your thoughts more easily if you understand how and why this is possible. For this reason, I will introduce the science and then continue the subject I started.

I see it all the time in the experiments of young school children. They meditate over jars of rice and the rice that receives hateful thoughts decomposes faster than the control and much faster than the rice that benefits from positive energy.
The problem is that people see only what they want to see because their reality is a projection of their own beliefs. This applies to everyone that has an opinion and scientists often have the strongest opinions.

On an inner subconscious level, your beliefs collect and hold energy. Electromagnetic thought energy is magnetic. When you think strongly about something, those thoughts are energy and energy cannot be destroyed but can only change form.
Your thoughts continue to exist after you have them. They travel down through levels of the subconscious and as they do they attract similar thoughts and join groupings of thoughts that already exist. These groupings collect images and form daydreams about what you dwell on. These structures form into probable events. Probable events manifest once their intensity reaches a sufficient energy threshold.

Not all thoughts manifest because there is not enough time and space in your life to fit everything that you think and imagine. How you are creating a three-dimensional movie—your life
Imagine that in your living room you put on a holographic headset. At the click of a switch, you seem to no longer be in your living room.
Your senses are now telling you that you are actually on a tropical beach. As you reach down to touch the imaginary sand, sensor pads in gloves you are wearing give the sensation of pressure on your fingers.
This is an analogy to explain the purpose of your body and brain. Your body and brain are like a holographic headset that allows you to perceive a 3D movie you call your life.
You are not moving through time and space from birth to death―THAT IS THE PROJECTION YOU ARE CREATING.
If you do not see the objects behind you, they do not exist physically. There is a field of infinite probabilities behind you. When you turn to see what is there, you collapse one specific probability from an infinite range of probable events.
When you become aware of how you are creating your reality, you can awaken from the trance. It is then that you can create a-dream-come-true, in which you are surrounded by your every wish. Yes, your thoughts about anything can make it manifest as your reality if your worldview supports what you are trying to achieve. If you have doubts about being able to make something happen, those doubts can redirect the energy flow required to manifest your goal.
If you believe that your thoughts and beliefs create matter, your thoughts have more power to manifest. If you understand the connection between thoughts and matter your thoughts have more ability to manifest as a physical reality. If you have strong expectation in a particular outcome, that expectation helps your thoughts to manifest.

Hoping something will happen is not as powerful as having faith that it will happen. Imagination is powerful if you don’t think of it as being weak. If you use affirmations and feel the power of your thoughts while you are repeating those affirmations in your mind, they have far greater power than if you don’t really believe in the process.
Your thoughts about something can make it happen and manifest it in reality if all your beliefs are in alignment and point towards the achievement of the goal. If you do not have conflicting beliefs, your thoughts will manifest quicker. Conflicting beliefs can stop something you want from manifesting altogether.
There is a delay between when you think a thought and when it manifests as a reality. The thoughts you think between the time when you first conceive of what you want and the time when manifestation is possible, determine the outcome. If you dwell on something consistently for a long period of time and then lose faith in the process and think that it will not work, then you dilute the effectiveness of the process and may stop the thoughtform from manifesting altogether.

If you have bills to pay or something that needs to happen and you are desperate to get results, and you strain to manifest with your thoughts, it is likely that you will not experience as good as a result as if you were doing something because you were inspired about it and were excited about having it happening in your life.
Manifesting events with your thoughts is a science and art that benefits from studying the principles and paying attention to your thoughts and the reality you are experiencing at any given time. Look at the connection between those thoughts and what you have happening at any given time. Look at the similarity of emotion and experience. Any skill requires some degree of expertise to execute properly. If you want your thoughts to manifest efficiently it is necessary to have some understanding of the principles of manifestation.

If you are thinking about your goals all the time, you are continually adding energy to the inner thoughtform that makes manifestation possible.
If you think enough about a particular goal, you will receive intuitive insights as to how to make it happen. You will attract information and events that will help you to realize your goals. It is what you do with this information that determines how fast you will make what you want happen. If you act on your intuitive insights, you will receive more intuitive insights and you will move quicker towards realization of the goal.
