A New York grand jury voted to indict Trump. Trump will be forced to answer to over 30 counts related to business fraud in an indictment from a Manhattan grand jury, This is the first time in American history that a president has faced criminal charges. Trump will not benefit from what he is about to suffer through.
Trump is an actor in the court of public opinion only. He will experience some support initially as a result of publicity and his fake spin. However, he will have to attend hearings that look at facts and he will have to do what other people tell him to do. He will no longer be in his comfort zone. As his support wanes and he becomes increasingly unpopular, Trump will begin to fall into a downward spiral.

Yes, Trump will likely be arrested and indicted the week of March 26 to April 1st. What Trump says has zero credibility and means nothing, although state and federal law enforcement agencies in New York City have been busy last week preparing for a possible arrest. This is what Trump is going by when he impulsively makes erroneous false claims to instill hatred and incite violence.
Trump has no inside line. Trump’s lawyers have advised him not to call for protest in fear of a repeat of January 6th and this may be why he was saying he would be arrested last Tuesday. An arrest IS coming VERY soon, but that is all we know.
In the event Trump was arrested, the U.S. Secret Service would escort Trump to the Manhattan District Attorney’s office for fingerprinting and mugshots. He would immediately be brought to a courthouse, arraigned and then released on his own recognizance.
Law enforcement officials are tightening courthouse security in case there are Trump supporters and anti-Trump protesters demonstrating outside the courthouse. This will be a spectacle on the news all week and this entire year. However, it is doubtful there will be a large turnout of Trump supporters now that the majority have learned that Biden did not steal the election. In reality, as you know, it was Trump attempting to overthrow the United States, and by any means necessary.
I correctly predicted that Manhattan prosecutors were going to deliberately foil Trump’s plans by leading Trump to believe the indictment will be on a specific day and then carrying in out on a different date.
The felony charges in this case are for Stormy Daniels hush money payments. Trump is facing a slew of even more severe charges that could come in succession throughout the year.
Trump’s beliefs are what are preventing his arrest.

The grand jury in New York has cancelled today’s hearing and will convene next week, at which time they are likely to announce a Trump indictment.

Federal courts all use a grand jury, and about half the states do. New York uses a grand jury of 23 private citizens to decide if it is “more likely than not” that there is enough evidence based on testimony to move forward with charges. There are several agencies reporting that a grand jury may decide today if Trump will be indicted and arrested.

The inevitable indictment, arrest and prison term for Former United States President Donald J. Trump
Special Counsel Jack Smith is compelling a federal judge to wave attorney-client privilege claims from Trump lawyer Evan Corcoran. Smith asserts that the privilege has been voided because Corcoran shielded himself from the law by using attorney-client privilege to carry out a crime or fraud regarding top-secret documents found at Mar-a-Lago.
This is only one element of Jack Smith’s agenda regarding the inevitable indictment and arrest of Trump on multiple felonies.

I have firmly and openly predicted that Trump would be indicted, arrested and sent to prison over two years ago when I stated that it would happen in the title of my Trump book the goes below the surface into the overall reasons why this has occurred in America. Trump’s indictment and arrest is a given and always has been.
The people who will indict and arrest Trump have a high degree of confidence.
Trump’s legal team are like a bully’s cohorts who must say what Trump tells them to say. As long as Trump believes he knows everything, he insists on being his own legal advisor. In the past this has worked because of his form of degrading. Trump has always been an entertainer, but he entertains by degrading other people.
Trump has abused his power and authority. Before he was president is was an abuse of power. Once he became U.S. president it became an abuse of authority and power.
I do not believe people should be degraded, but if I was forced to choose who was to be held to account, it would choose the degraders themselves. These are the people whom I would like to change. I am a humanitarian and I dislike it when anyone is laughed at and ridiculed. I believe in helping rather than harming people, although with Trump I have at times crossed the line. People and agencies that harm others do not gain my sympathy. But when these people or agencies are held to account in the way Trump is now going to be, it is not negative.
Jack Smith has now reached out to a federal judge in a request to compel Trump’s attorney to testify. The nature of the overall predicament Trump is in and the public spectacle is changing. We are entering new territory. Trump will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison.
For Trump, it’s gone from entertainment to terror. Trump is in his element when he is lambasting his enemies. However, as the Georgia Fani Willis grand jury convenes and The Department of Justice Special Prosecutor Jack Smith comes down heavy on him, it’s not going to be fun anymore.
When Trump and his supporters are called out publicly, it is very disturbing and humiliating for them. To be identified as having psychiatric issues or simply to be made wrong or laughed at in public is one of the worst things a person must suffer through. But to be called crazy by an agency such as the Department of Justice or a grand jury goes beyond that.
Some of the people who believed in the fantastical theories of Trumpism are unstable and could be set off.
The Department of Justice has the strength of the U.S. military behind it. It is not intelligent for Trump to ridicule and belittle this agency in the classic Trump style of degrading people and agencies. Trump will feel the brute force of this agency. It is not going to be a fun ride for Trump or his supporters from this point on. Trump will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison as I have firmly and confidently predicted was inevitable from the beginning.

Being detached from the reality of others and above them in his own mind has enabled Trump to stay in a warm and fuzzy emotional space that attracts protection in the same way a magnet attracts iron. Trump has always believed that he is larger than life. Mar-a-Lago bears that out because Trump’s primary residence is a temple of sorts.
Internal Science reveals that beliefs, thoughts and emotions do affect events. Everything is connected. Thus far Trump has evaded legal accountability in part because of his beliefs, thoughts and emotions. This fact has baffled millions. But it is all there for everyone to see. One does not have to be a genius to be a millionaire or to succeed. A buffoon can succeed if his thoughts are not fearful and are centered on a conviction in himself and his views. A person who is crazy will tend to create a reality that reinforces their position regardless of the fact that the rest of humanity may not agree with that worldview or opinion.
Each time Trump degrades a person he risks having that energy boomerang back at him. He has been harming people for so long that the tables are going to turn. He who lives by the sword dies by the sword. This is the time now that the world will witness the true greatness of American democracy.
It is true that no one is above the law. And people who harm other people are not favored by humanity or the universe itself. It’s all catching up with Trump now. Trump will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison.

Jack Smith has subpoenaed Former Vice President Mike Pence. During the attack of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, Trump supporters shouted “Hang Mike Pence!” Last year, Pence said “President Trump is wrong” and that “I had no right to overturn the election.” For these and other reasons Pence may be inclined to cooperate. Because this is a Department of Justice subpoena, it is my opinion that he will have to testify before a grand jury regardless of whether he cooperates or not.

January 6th committee Democrat Jamie Raskin predicts a Trump criminal indictment is “almost inevitable” according to an MSNBC appearance on Friday. He said there was “overwhelming evidence” that Trump orchestrated the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.
He suggested that anything less would be “a painful thing for the country and for millions and millions of people who have held on to the idea that we have one system of justice.”
Trump is also about to be charged in New York for falsification of business records in conjunction with another crime which is likely to be violation of campaign finance laws. These felony charges will be directed at Trump rather than his organization.
Bragg’s office may also charge the Trump Organization with insurance fraud.

Yes, Trump will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison. In all likelihood, Jack Smith of the Department of Justice will file criminal sedition and other charges against Trump and he will be indicted, arrested and sent to prison for the January 6th attack on the United States Capitol.
Jack Smith is a tough career prosecutor and he is most certainly going to file felony charges against Trump soon.
Additionally, NY’s Attorney General Letitia James sued Trump, his his real-estate company and his three eldest children in September for a baseline amount of $250 million. Donald Trump’s response to the lawsuit Thursday, January 26th is that no entity as such exists for legal purpose. This is repeated throughout his 300-page filing.
The lawsuit names Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump, former company CFO Allen Weisselberg, executive Jeffrey McConney, and ten entities under the Trump Organization umbrella, including “The Trump Organization, Inc.”, registered as a corporation in New York since 1981.
The lawsuit says the Trump Organization is a “collective” name for the former president’s $3 billion real-estate and golf resort company. The complaint claims that Trump was lying about his worth by billions of dollars on financial documents.
The suit will destroy Trump financially. Trump has committed tax evasion, bank fraud, wire fraud, misrepresentation and other criminal actions that will ultimately lead to his indictment, arrest and time in prison.

Indict and arrest Trump for murder!
Murder plot: Trump can be charged with and arrested for murder and sedition. The night before the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, Trump and a small group of allies convened in a meeting to plan the January attack. If sufficient evidence in numerous court cases confirms this, he can be charged with and arrested for murder and sedition.
Trump can be subpoenaed, indicted, arrested and sent to prison for felony-murder and sedition. Felony-murder charges only require that one is a co-conspirator. U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland has taken the wrong approach to investigate the ongoing efforts to overthrow the United States of America by former President Donald J. Trump. The investigation should begin at the top if that is where the evidence is at, and in this case it is. The DOJ can see plenty of evidence of seditious conspiracy (18 U.S. Code § 2384 – Seditious conspiracy) and aiding and comforting a violent insurrection (18 U.S. Code § 2383 – Rebellion or insurrection).
While it is true that no one was prepared for an actual sitting president to try to overthrow the United States of America, there is no excuse for the indefinite delay in prosecution we have been experiencing. If we were in a war, we wouldn’t wait two years before taking action, we would address the threat and respond immediately or we would be in grave peril and could be killed.
Trump’s attack on democracy is every bit as severe as a military attack from a foreign power. Inaction is weak, indecisive and dangerous. If missiles were fired at New York, and if we were in New York, we would have to shoot down the missiles or we might perish.
We cannot kill an internal threat obviously, yet we have a legal system and protections that we have not been using effectively enough. The internal threat posed by Trump has metastasized, but thankfully the January 6th Committee has taken action.
We do not even know half of the story of what may be happening in all the ongoing investigations, but it does not outwardly appear to be enough.
If you brought a beloved child to the hospital on the verge of death and the doctor refused to take any corrective actions for fear of being political or whatever, then you would be left in a state of pure horror.
06/28/22 update: The January 6th Committee presented a sixth televised hearing:
Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani had a meeting with Trump on the 4th and immediately afterwards tells White House staffer Cassidy Hutchinson, January 6th “will be great.” Hutchinson, who had supported Trump and his agenda, was disgusted by what she learned and described Trump as “indecent, vile and uncivil.”
AR-15s and Glocks — semi-automatic rifles and pistols — were reported in the crowd at the Ellipse White House visitor’s center.
Trump said, “I don’t effing care that they have weapons… Let my people in…. Take the effing mags away,” [metal detectors] and so on.
There is a way to defeat Trump.
Trump has not yet been arrested because Trump’s beliefs protect him. Collective events are created by everyone who is a part of the event, and so Trump’s beliefs will not continue to protect him if those public events (the actions of DOJ for example) alter his beliefs, which is what is starting to happen.
Either America will become an autocracy or Trump will be arrested at Mar-a-Logo.
Trump attacks the U.S. Constitution because it protects you from him and he is using aggressive means to break down those protections to gain the presidency.
