How Can Sleeping Less Help Me? The Benefits of Shorter Periods of Sleep Are Great

I will answer these questions now.
Mental and physical health benefits from sleeping less
There are psychological and physical health benefits from short sleeping blocks spaced properly in a 24-hour period. The elderly do this naturally because the body has its own wisdom and will awaken late at night to prevent sluggishness of mind and body. A three- or four-hour sleep block followed by one or two short naps when consciousness is at a lull is ideal for mental and physical health. A total of only five or six hours is needed when you follow your own rhythm in sync with nature.
I get up every night after midnight and work until about five am. My consciousness is sharpest at this time and communication with other levels of reality is clearer. Information flows more freely from my inner self, and I produce my best writing during this time.
The current health advice to get eight hours of sleep is based on a false premise. The theories on which our sciences and health profession are based are built on the errors of physicalism.
The body requires frequent but short rest periods and small amounts of food for consistent energy flow and peak performance throughout the 24-hour period. Chemicals build up in the body when you are awake for a long period of time and as a result a longer sleep block seems necessary. However, in the absence of a long period in the normal awake state these chemicals would not build up and brain fog would not occur. You would instead have a sharp mind and energized physical body for most of the day.
Awareness never really stops when we rest or sleep. Consciousness simply requires a focus in a different direction to refresh itself. When your mind is not focused here it is focused at other levels, of which there are many.
Domesticated humans are in trouble
Domesticated humans are in trouble. They are not well. The illness is a form of negativity (an emotional damage very much alive in our cells and beliefs) that pervades our civilization.
You can recognize its appearance in others, but how do you know if it is in you? And if it is, what can you do about it?
I will explain that now.
Why do people see what they want to see? (The cause of divisiveness)

The work done to create events occurs below the subconscious. Communication between this level and normal consciousness creates an optimal condition. Depression, psychological disorders and lack of focus are less likely and high performance, learning, psychic and creative abilities are heightened with this schedule.
More frequent transitions from one level of consciousness to another provide more opportunity for therapeutic exchanges with the inner self. Desires, issues and problems are more easily communicated to your subconscious and then to deeper levels where your inner self then acts on the information in ways that benefit you.
Intuition works better, synchronistic events happen more frequently, and your desires manifest more often with this schedule.

Consciousness fluctuates. At times it is sharply focused in the physical world and at other times it tends to go inward. It is advisable to rest when your consciousness is at a lull and to work, do creative work and study when it is at its natural peak.
Often, I will nap in the afternoon and after dinner. The mind must be refreshed frequently though naps, or by closing your eyes for ten minutes if a nap is not possible. If the mind is rested when you feel tired, it becomes sharper overall.
With shorter periods of sleep dream recall is also enhanced and contact with higher knowledge is clearer. Also, the additional times you go to sleep and wake up offer more opportunity for communication with the subconscious for added knowledge, creativity, inspiration and general well-being. Mental and physical ailments cannot survive this natural rhythm. Everything is better. The quality of life improves.
Early man got up and roamed at night, and our biology benefits from small amounts of food and exercise given more frequently. With our current norms, we starve the body and lay inactive for long periods of time, which leads to sluggishness of mind and body.

Manifesting and psychic excursions
The schedule I fall into naturally is conducive to my humanitarian work. I am connected to other people through the collective subconscious and other levels of reality in ways that wouldn’t be possible otherwise. My consciousness expands and I have fantastic excursions through dreaming and astral travel, some of which I have mentioned in this and in other articles.
Solving personal and global problems becomes possible through inner channels that connect us to others.
