Mary Trump, has just warned United States Attorney General Merrick Garland that her Uncle, former U.S. President Donald Trump, must be subpoenaed and indicted now or things will get worse.
The United States Criminal Justice System is a disaster. The January 6th committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack voted to subpoena former President Donald Trump Thursday after presenting evidence that Trump incited the assault on the Capitol even though he knew he had lost the election.
“He is required to answer for his actions,” said the chairman of the committee investigating. The panel revealed a new video of congressional leaders desperately seeking help from the Trump administration and the National Guard as rioters stormed the Capital building.
Some of Trump’s followers were armed. The Secret Service knew before the attack that some in the crowd at Trump’s rally had guns and other weapons.
Trump will not comply, but it will be a headache and it is a positive, if only symbolic move.
Trump recently invoked the Fifth Amendment 440 times in response to New York attorney general’s office, which later filed a fraud suit against him, and his three of his children.
Since the select committee planned to subpoena Trump for his testimony, Trump has been telling aides he favors doing so, so long as he gets to do so live.
By giving Trump a chance to testify the committee can move forward with criminal referrals. This action could open doors to a Trump indictment.
Ms. Cheney, has been favor of a criminal referral to the Justice Department since last year. She mentioned the possibility of doing so in her opening statement, saying that the committee “may ultimately decide to make a series of criminal referrals.”
Congressional subpoenas are serious business and can bring charges if not honored from the Department of Justice.

Trump has been subpoenaed to testify in the January 6th Committee hearing. The committee has subpoenaed many republicans close to Trump and now has subpoenaed Trump himself.
Trump has managed to delay or block all efforts to hold him accountable for his actions while in office. He survived two impeachment inquiries, the Mueller probe and numerous investigations into his misconduct. Trump’s obstructions of justice were effective in warding off the inevitable.
Trump’s stonewalling, however, may be coming to an end.
Because Bill Barr’s legislative branch is no longer there to protect Trump, this time around, the House may be able to go all the way.

Trump can be arrested if he refuses to testify in the January 6th Committee hearing. And this time around, the House may not be willing to take no for an answer.
The House did not take Trump to court for refusing to comply with subpoenas during the first impeachment inquiry. New subpoenas would similarly face legal challenges by Trump which could slow down the process of investigating Trump’s attempted January 6th coup. But that may not deter leading Democrats from pursuing multiple subpoenas. No longer can people refuse subpoenas without repercussions.
Ultimately, Trump will ignore any subpoena but will be arrested as a result.
When Congress issues a subpoena that is ignored the person subpoenaed is in contempt of that subpoena, and it can be pursued by the Justice Department. During the Trump years the J.D. did not enforce any congressional subpoenas. That was because Bill Barr was improperly acting more like Trumps private attorney that the U.S. Attorney General
Liz Cheney has also indicated a willingness to subpoena leading Republicans or anyone that will help in the House’s investigation of the January 6th Trump riot. She said that she would issue and enforce subpoenas promptly in her opening statement Tuesday. “We must get to objective truth. We must overcome the many efforts we are already seeing to cover up and obscure the facts.”
It seems inevitable that Trump will be forced to testify at the January 6th Committee hearings or face arrest.
I will report any news on a potential Trump subpoena the moment it comes in. If Trump is subpoenaed to testify before the January 6 committee and refuses, he will certainly face the U.S. Justice system, and this time it will be without Bill Barr to protect him.
At that point it is inevitable that Trump will shout that it is all political. He will try to undermine the U.S. Justice system. He will attack Nancy Pelosi. He will go after the Democratic party and do anything within his power to gain public support.
This is not a Trump rally or ratings game, however. Trump does not know how to play fair. He will certainly lose this time around. Ultimately, Trump could be arrested for failing to show up to testify in the January 6th committee hearings.
The past four years have been one of the worst times in US history. Americans want to hold Trump accountable for his corrupt and immoral attempt to overthrow American democracy. Had Trump succeeded in his coup and taken over with the U.S. with martial law, we would be in a horrible situation.
The Trump riot which was an attempted violent coup at the Capitol on January 6th is perhaps the worst crime in history. Certainly, Trump will ultimately be held accountable. A Trump indictment and arrest is likely. How long it will take is pure speculation.

Bohm's science suggests an inner source reality, and the possibility of a multidimensional framework of existence in which our reality is grounded and created.
Bohm explains that the empty space in the universe contains the whole of everything by introducing the concepts of the “implicate order” and “explicate order”. The entire universe exists first as an inner energy of unlimited potential. From an inner world of pure information and probable events, David Bohm says, the physical, observable phenomena unfold.
This unfolding of the explicit order from the subtle realm of the implicate order is regulated on inner levels of the mind according to what is believed by the conscious mind.
Bohm called everything — both the implicate order and the explicate order together — the holomovement.
